I'm attempting to tone a Black and Blue discard/bounce deck and I was wondering if any of you had suggestions:

-Creatures-
(black)
1 Kokusho, the Evening Star
(blue)
1 Keiga, the Tide Star

-Spells-
(black)
4 Distress
3 Wretch Mind
2 Night of Souls' Betrayal
(blue)
3 Counterspell
2 Echoing Truth
4 Boomerang
2 Probe
2 Deep Analysis
4 Accumulated Knowledge
1 Time Stop
(black/blue)
4 Recoil
1 Lim-Dul's Vault
(artifact)
1 Sensei's Diving Top
3 Wayfarer's Bauble

-Land-
9 Swamp
9 Island
1 Minamo, School at Water's Edge
2 Salt Marsh

Several things:
- I probably need an extra Kokusho and Keiga (especially Kokusho; he's a bomb in multiplayer). Barring that, another big beefy creature. Any suggestions for another win condition? Hoverguard Sweepers might be good.
- I need more global creature removal. I have Curfews, which are decent but not great. If I could get Innocent Bloods or Barter in Bloods, I would.
- Most games I play have at least three players. Anything that affects every player are good (Night of Souls' Betrayal, Hideous Laughter, Innocent Blood, Barter in Blood).
- I'd run more Echoing Truths over Boomerangs if I had them.
- Time Stop is there because it is fun.
- I'd put in Duress if I had any.
- This deck generally sucks against burn.
- If I had more Diving Tops and Lim-Dul's Vaults, I'd put them in. The Top is a pretty good card selector and is very difficult to destroy, and Lim-Dul's Vault is practically "Pay BU and some life: Stack your deck", at instant speed.
- This is casual play, so I don't care about Tooth & Nail, RAffinity, etc.; Those decks are rarely, if ever, played here.
- Yes, there are a lot of One-ofs here. I play with what I have.
