-What are the odds of picking it up with Meowth/Zigzagoon/Linoone/etc?

-What are the odds of receiving it as prize from the lady at resort gorgeous?

I always keep Zigzagoon with me, and very rarely does he pick up rare candies...
actually, my little linoone buddy Kevin only picks up rare candies if I walk around rustboro city.

he seems to find a lot of PP UP though... I think that's in the grass below the biker path near Mauville.

5% Pokemon Fire Red/Leaf Green

3% Pokemon Emerald (Level 21-30)
5% Pokemon Emerald (Level 31-40)
10% Pokemon Emerald (Level 41-100)

But it seems that they pick up more rare candies in FR/LG then in R/S =(

Chris (Meowth) says so and I would believe them more than anyone because they go through the game's coding to get all this useful information for us. :)
