0-250: Beginning Trainer
250-500: Junior Trainer
500-1000: Cool Trainer
1000-2500: Advanced Trainer
2500-5000: Elite Trainer
5000-10000: Master Trainer
10000+: Veteran Trainer

The ranks that you can't obtain via post count are Gym Leader (8 balls, moderator); Super Moderator (9 balls); Administrator (10 balls); and Webmaster (11 balls, Kevin).
