Just a random question.

So, when someone views me in Who's Online, what dictates where I am? If I have multiple tabs open, is it the last link clicked, or what? And, if I am perusing multiple forums, and I show up at the bottom of both, why would I show up only one place on Who's Online? Just something that's been nagging at me.
