SE.DLL

I came home from work today, and my father informed me has has got a virus called SE.DLL (dumbass goes to retarded sites using Internet Explorer).

There is information about it and instructions on google to get rid of it, but nothing has worked.
I have tried:
-AVG
-Adaware
-Spybot
-Safe mode
-msconfig
-Hijackthis

Nothing works. It's just some shitty hijacker that is very annoying. Every help site I have gone to has failed. Does anyone else have any ideas?

It uses a hidden .dll file to keep coming back ^^

where does it say the virus is located?

it was in c:\windows\temp but i believe i have gotten rid of it
