Firefox help

So, right, I appear to have these two accounts on Firefox - 'default' and 'Chris' - and all my bookmarks and cookies and stuff are on the default one. But, these accounts seem to have switched over and now I'm on the 'Chris' account, which has none of my bookmarks, so I've lost all the bookmarks I had before and I can't remember the urls. So, my questions are why did Firefox do that and is there any way of swapping back to the 'default' account?

Bear in mind I'm not very computer literate so if I'm slow don't bitch at me. :P

start > run > firefox.exe -profilemanager (without firefox running)

couldn't tell you why it did that. make sure "don't ask at startup" is checked if you want to keep using the default one or whatever. :)
