It appears that .hack is not out of the market yet. During the 2005 E3 convention, Bandai told the audience about the sequel to the original game, being referred at the moment as ".hack//G.U."

For those who loved .hack (including myself), this is great news. However, I know that some will not feel the same way.

I doubt it, since the others came out months apart and are pretty much considered the same game...

But then again, part 4 did have a data flag... but that could have been just for show. But I'm guessing it'll be a seperate game coming in multiple volumes like the last one.


Anyway, I hope that whatever character is playing in Kite's data is evil this time. :D
