Move compatibilities: more polling goodness

Where did the original topic go to? Anyway, we can post it again and nothing will be lost. You probably know the rules, but it's always good to have them written somewhere.

Rules:
¤ Polls will be posted once a month and each poll will last for a week. Each poll ends on the 8th day of its respective month unless stated otherwise.
¤ Each person can vote for 1 move each month.
¤ The winner will be the move with the largest number of votes. In case of a tie, we will pick a random winner out of the moves with most votes.
¤ Once the voting closes, we will announce the winning move and close the poll. Then, we'll update the compatibility list as soon as we can, but don't expect to have it up immediately (we all have busy schedules).
¤ Once the list is up, the decision is final. Your suggestions will be heard as long as you can provide a solid foundation for them, but insisting on adding new compatibilities we've already rejected will result in a warning.
¤ Common sense rule: don't vote for moves that are too specific (IE Transform). There won't be any miracles; the lists will only be extended as long as it makes sense to extend them.
¤ Only people who have trained at least one pokemon (by posting a story at the Battle Range or the Battle Arena, or battling at the Battle Tower) are allowed to vote.

Well, seeing as kinesis only lowers accuracy 1 stage, like Flash, with only a 5PP and 10% accuracy(80%) increase itself, I vote for Extrasensory, a psychic move with 80Power, 100% acc, 10% chance of flinch, and only the following learn it as of now:

Spoink line(egg move)
Whismur line(egg move)

As the information about the new games is already on the web, and we're gradually incorporating it to our subforum, which requires a lot of work, this month no new move will be chosen. So no poll for November, but you can still participate.

Take a look at the current lists (http://forboards.tripod.com/New_TMs.txt), choose any or all of the moves from the extensive lists that are not available for DP pokemon yet, and post which pokemon you think should learn it.

That won't amount to an automatic addition of those pokemon to the list, but we'll take all suggestions into account (especially those accompanied by a reason) and add the ones we agree with. So you'll be helping us a lot.

All the special compatibility lists can be found here (http://forboards.tripod.com/New_TMs.txt). Note: this does NOT mean that the move will become available as a TM. It only means that if you get ahold of the move (for example at the EMT) there may be a wider range of pokemon who can use it.
