Cool, it'll work.
Stomp should be replaced with Return, it's stronger than Hyper Voice (assuming you caught it as a low-level Whismur).
Calm Mind over Psych Up on Grumpig, as there aren't a lot of stat-boosters in the Elite 4. Most of them use Swords Dance or Dragon Dance, which won't help Grumpig.
You could replace Shelgon's Focus Energy with Aerial Ace to take advantage of its Flying-type when it evolves.
