I think it would be nice if we had the link to the Fanfiction Archives back up on the main Fanfic page (right under the Writers Lounge). We used to have one there, but it was deleted when it became clear that the subforum that linked to was different than the actual Fanfic archive that everyone used. At that point the empty and useless subforum that it pointed to was deleted as well. It was kind of nice to have the Archive link there in the past, as it made Fanfic browsing easier. I don't know; I suppose it could be considered a negligible convenience, but I rather liked it. If it would be too much trouble, then don't bother adding it, I suppose - that is, unless a bunch of other people post in this thread asking for its revival. If you all do add it, though, please make sure it points to the right forum this time. ;)
