How do you get the second password to the rocket warehouse(not Goldeen Need log) I tried everything! :confused:

Go to Island 6 and get to the dotted hole. Use cut on the door (after reading the braille) and get the Sapphire. A rocket scientist automatically steals it. I think he battles you, and gives you the password when you defeat him. I think.
