The oekaki is having login problems, and I was wondering if anybody could PLEASE help.
This is the problem: Pre-existing oekaki members cannot log in to their existing accounts. When password retrieval is used, an error message is given that says the username does not exist (when it obviously does - checking the memberlist will show that the name is there). I am a moderator on the oekaki, and the same thing is happening to me.
Signing up for a new name temporarily relieves the problem, but if for any reason the new name is logged out, the same problems will be encountered when logging back in again.
If anyone could take a look at this, there are a lot of oekaki users that would be very happy (myself included). Thanks!
