You're not the only one noticing; a nearby Cyndaquil fans himself lazily as he sits underneath the meager shade provided by a cactus. A Magnemite is actually sweating as it floats across the desert, looking for a place to rest. Suddenly, the ground rumbles...

The dirt underneath your feet splits...

And forth from the earth bursts a very imposing figure. A Steelix glares down at you, its intimidating form providing some shade, at least. What do you do?

Glalie covers itself in a ball of ice and rolls swiftly at the Natu, who is surprised by the icy Pokemon's speed and is handily bowled over. With it distracted, you take the opportunity to chuck an Ultra Ball at the frozen Beldum. It hits this time, trapping the hapless Beldum and falling to the ground. BTW, MH, though I'm not a worker, you might want to take the contents from your last post, delete it, and put it into the post of yours where you quoted TheBlueAvenger. IOW, you may want to do some editing for your next-to-last post.

Oh, one more thing. Because Cacnea is a Grass type (not to mention Cacturne), shouldn't they be findable in the Desert? Not that I'm making another trip there, but wouldn't it make a lot of sense if the two cactus Pokemon could be found in the place where real cacti can be found in the CCCC?

What will you do?

You try to get away, but the Steelix slithers past you, blocking your escaperoute. It then coils around you, effectively cutting off all avaliable paths. "What business do you have here?" it grumbles, its voice deep enough to shake the earth slightly as it speaks. What do you do?

You move on to another section of the cave. A Heracross is flitting across the ceiling, doing something that you can't quite make out. An Arcanine and her child Growlithe are sleeping in a corner, a fierce, protective look on the Arcanine's face even while asleep. Suddenly, a noise behind you alerts you to someone's presence... it's the Koffing from the last room. It nuzzles against your leg in a somewhat creepy display of affection. What do you do?

In regards to your question, this is a berry tree, not a Berry tree, so you could theoretically pick some berries, but they wouldn't help you very much, if at all. They certainly wouldn't have the healing properties of Berries.

I'll pat the Koffing on the head and look closer at the tow sleeping in the corner. If I notice anything special about either of them, I'll use sa Crystal Ball on each. If nothing, I'l move on.

tough choice I think I well stay and see who wins and then ask the Farfetch'd if it like to join me if so I well throw a pokéball at it, if not then then I well leve it alone, ether way I well move on deper in to the Forest ....

btw Jeff spotting a Farfetch'd on my first try would not have anything to do with me saying I was and still am planing on getting a Farfetch'd in the ASB would it? ;)

For some reason this reminds me a little bit of that scene in Aladdin with Jafar turning into the snake. ^^;; I will explain to the steelix that i'm just exploring and that i'm not trying to catch anything as my team is full. I then would ask it if it would like to battle one of my pokemon. I'll wait to see what happens before i do anything else.

While petting the Kofffing on its head, you squint your eyes in an attempt to make out the arcanine and growlithe. Unfortunately, they are both normal. Sighing, you continue on into the next room where you immediately duck to avoid a flamethrower released by a magmar at a Venomoth who took to the air right as you entered the room. Suddenly, you hear a noise behind you and its the Koffing from the previous room. It seems to have followed you. What will you do?

Continuing your quest through the meadow searching for that elusive pokemon, you are distracted when you see a shadow of a bird pass by. Looking up, you see that it is a magnificent Pidgeot riding the thermals. A Pidgey sitting in a nearby tree stares up in awe. Then, you hear a rustling in a nearby bush. Taking a closer look, you see that it is a roselia hiding from a Igglybuff. What will you do?

I have a family here, and I can't just leave them." It walks off, and so do you (albeit in a different direction). You continue on, and soon come across a tree, buzzing with activity - it seems to be a hive for bugs! The ones that you see first are a Nincada, a pair of Surskit, and a Paras sleeping on a branch. What do you do?

Wait to see if that Paras wakes then ask it if it would like to come with me if it dose not want to or if it does not wake up at all, I think I well go to the Meadow sad that nether the Farfetch'd nor the Paras wanted to come with me...

Thanks for posting, Amy. :) I'm back home for three weeks, so I've got a connection again, but I'm going to say this forthright just to let people know. I haven't missed the ac/cc game at all, BUT I surprised myself when I logged on today by how much I was glad to actually be surfing through the topics again. So at the moment I'm quite happy to continued working here, but I don't know how long that may last...so, er, if I suddenly turn round and leave in the next week or so, you'll no why. But regardless, I'll quit temporarily again on the 28th of April because I'll be going home the next day.

And I haven't looked through the last few posts so if I make you run into something you've seen recently, my apologies.

Omega exhales another blast of blue flames. The fire surrounds the Dragonite, who howls in pain again, and then stop short. He freezes in the air, not moving at all - apparently the paralysis finally happened. However, with no wings to keep him aloft, he falls the long distance down to the ground, at which point you hear a muffled "Oomph!" He doesn't seem to be flying back up. What do you do?

I'll take it that I've won and shout 'good battle' down to him then me, Rage and Omega will fly on.

Mega Horny~ Teach it one of the t'other. It's below L10 so you only get the bred on move. Unless you have one of those moves as a TM in which case ignore me.

Getting your Pokémon to attack while you have the equilvalent of a knife to your throat might not seem the best of ideas, but Sableye attacks anyway, surprising the Scyther from the side. As he stumbles away, only to scream as Cyndaquil roasts him, you wince as you feel a small trickle of blood slide down your throat. The other two pause in their battle in response to the horrible screams before they die away as Exeggcute sprinkles a light powder in the air which causesScyther to collapse on the ground, still smoking.
What are you going to do?

Although impressed by the Meganium, you stil walk away, to encounter a rather....weird sight. A groggy looking Spinda is is using a Lickitung's tongue as a skipping rope, with the unfortunate problem that the poor things tongue is gradually being twisted round and round; the pink Poké's eyes seem to be starting to water in pain. A Cacnea is sitting a little way away, poking at a Chikorita, as well.
What are you going to do?

With the Pokémon by your side, you approach the gang and tell the birds to leave the defenceless Bellsprout alone. The Noctowl sneers and lands in front of you, while the other three converge on the 'sprout and drag her whimpering into the air, occasionally shaking her as though they're about to let go.
The Noctowl sneers and fluffs himself up intimidatingly. 'We can do what we want, human, so get lost while we enjoy our fun.'
What are you going to do?

The Noctowl sneers and fluffs himself up intimidatingly. 'We can do what we want, human, so get lost while we enjoy our fun.'

"Well, I guess we'll have to show you that you have to be respectful," I'll say. I'll then send Anubis (Umbreon) to attack Noctowl with Hidden Power Rock, and send my Starmie to Rapid Spin up to the birds holding Bellsprout hostage, knock them away form Bellsprout, and Rapid spin bakc around to catch it and bring it back to us.

Getting your Pokémon to attack while you have the equilvalent of a knife to your throat might not seem the best of ideas, but Sableye attacks anyway, surprising the Scyther from the side. As he stumbles away, only to scream as Cyndaquil roasts him, you wince as you feel a small trickle of blood slide down your throat. The other two pause in their battle in response to the horrible screams before they die away as Exeggcute sprinkles a light powder in the air which causesScyther to collapse on the ground, still smoking.

Although impressed by the Meganium, you stil walk away, to encounter a rather....weird sight. A groggy looking Spinda is is using a Lickitung's tongue as a skipping rope, with the unfortunate problem that the poor things tongue is gradually being twisted round and round; the pink Poké's eyes seem to be starting to water in pain. A Cacnea is sitting a little way away, poking at a Chikorita, as well.

Oh, that poor Lickitung!

I would definitely be in pain if my tongue was pulled and twisted like that, but nonetheless, I better find a way to help it, so I'm going to politely tell the Spinda to let go of the Lickitung's tongue simply because no Pokemon would want to be in that kind of pain. Whether or not the Spinda lets go of the Lickitung's tongue, I'm going to move onward.

Giving a ball a good shove, you watch as it rolls away, before opening and engulfing the Scyther in light. Tapping your foot as you wait for the capture, you hear a crunching sound from behind and turn to find yourself staring at the vicious claws of a Pinsir who stares at you silently for a second or so before looking at the still ball. Marching past you (you notice the other two Pokémon flee), he snatches the ball up and turns and hisses menacingly at you.

However, it's appearence isn't the only thing that's groggy and he doesn't even seem to notice that you're right in front of him, much less speaking, though he's still skipping pefectly happily. Shrugging, you figure you've done as much as you can and wander away. A shadow passes overhead and you squint up to see a Pidgeotto flying past, although she seems rather battered: her feathers are unusually ruffled and you can see dark flecks covering her body. You can't help but notice that she seems to be losing altitude very rapidly.

She snickers as your eyes meet, and the spine tingling sound echoes around the darkened clearing.

It's not very often a Flying type ends up grounded because of a painful injury, but I gotta help the Pidgeotto.

I'm going to wait for her to land (moving out of the way if I have to), then I'm going to send out Blizzi my Jynx, asking her to make a Wish for the Pidgeotto to be able to regain her strength (or as much of it as possible) before I ask the Pidgeotto what happened to her in the sky.

Kneeling down to her level, you ask her what happened to her in the sky. She shakes her head tring to clear the rest of the cobwebs away before answering your question. "I... I was just out enjoying the nice thermals, and I accidentally strayed into this grumpy old fearow's territory and he attacked. Needless to say, I lost. What will you do?

I have to ask is it the Whirlpool SM that Gorebiss knows, or just the move Whirlpool. Unfortunately, if it is just the move then you can't use it. For example, my vaporeon Zale. He knows Surf and he has the Dive SM. Now i can use him to get to the Shipwreck, but not the Volcano. I know its confusing and apologies for that.

The dozy Kumar doesn't seem to register your instructions, but as the Steelix's body constricts, he nonetheless spits out a jet of water that bounces off of his coils and douses him in cold water. Spluttering, he comes to; his eyes widen, then flash green. Next second, there's a disturbing crunching sound then silence as the Steelix's coils meet. For a few seconds nothing moves, then the air blurs and your cat appears, though panting and looking absolutely terrified.
What are you going to do?

Jumping up and down, waving your arms and shrieking, you point to the approaching Growlithe whose head shoots up in alarm as all eyes turn to him. Not being stupid, he yelps and bolts as the buzzing rockets in intensity and the Volbeat take to the air in one massive group.
Getting out of there, you hurry down the nearest passageway, to find yourself in a rather cool room; a shallow pond is in the centre, and a Numel is standing and staring into it. Approaching, you see a few Tentacool playing in the water. As you watch them, another reflection appears in the water as a Venonat comes over to say hi.
What are you going to do?

A blast of pure light explodes outwards and engulfes the flock who all shriek and fall back. They don't hang around after that and all shoot into the sky and vanish within seconds. Starmie floats down to the ground with the injured Bellsprout, who whimpers then squeals, lunges forward and attaches himself to your neck. He just seems to be in need of some reassurance, so you return your Pokémon and walk on. A wary looking Dunsparce burrows away as you approach him, while a snarling Snubbull is trying to intimidate an Igglybuff.
What are you going to do?

'Leaving so soon?' she whines after you, but you ignore her and keep on going, a move that gets you a dirty look from a Roselia whose in the middle of carefully pruning her roses. An Igglybuff is also rolling along, pushed by the wind ahead of you, with no idea that a Stantler is pawing the ground with every intention of charging at her.

Covering your mouth with your hand, you walk on further until the tunnel begins to fill with deep purple fog; squinting ahead you can see a Koffing spiralling happily and spouting torrents of noxious gas.

Cyndaquil, Torch 'em both. I want my Scyther to be strong , i Dont want it to get soft on me. Plus the flames will keep it from getting into any more trouble. Ill heal it afterwards with whatever items I have and move on.

Trying to get a good idea of where exactly you haven't looked, you alsmot step on an Azurill trekking along through the grass. She squeaks and gives a playfull bash to your leg before grinning and trotting off towards a Chinchou and Smeargle.

About five minutes or so's walk, you become aware of wailing and sobbing ahead of you: walking towards the source, you discover a beached Lanturn sprawled in the remains of a small pond. As he sobs, a Plusle and Voltorb desperately spark, trying to calm him down with a constant barrage of electric current, but to no avail.

Ill bring in glalie and freeze the stupid bug with as many ice beams as it takes. Once hes frozen, Ill cut him into bitseize pieces with scyther. Then Ill feed the pieces to him for extra energy and vitamins. Muhahaha, Im so cruel. Move deeper into the forest.

The dozy Kumar doesn't seem to register your instructions, but as the Steelix's body constricts, he nonetheless spits out a jet of water that bounces off of his coils and douses him in cold water. Spluttering, he comes to; his eyes widen, then flash green. Next second, there's a disturbing crunching sound then silence as the Steelix's coils meet. For a few seconds nothing moves, then the air blurs and your cat appears, though panting and looking absolutely terrified.
What are you going to do?

Not good, Kumar will fake going to his left, btu go to his right and then blast the steelix with three flamethrowers.

Squinting to see better with the glare of the sun now in your eyes, you notice that the beautifly is normal colored. She sees you looking at her and waves cheerily with her wing. Glancing around a Mantine sails over head as a Crobat darts past trying to shake its pursuer a rather skinny Dodrio. Lastly, you spot a Togetic having a good time dancing in the air. What will you do?

To me, that counts as hinting. Continuing on, you soon come across an Exeggcute hopping around a treecko who is finding the sight amusing. Suddenly, you're brushed to the side of the path as a Zangoose who has a worried look on her face darts past chasing after a crying elekid while a castform greets you warmly. What will you do?

Turning to face the Porygon and Exeggcute, you ask them what they are doing. Instead of answering, they continue bouncing up and down either not noticing you or having too much fun doing what they are doing to stop. Continuing on, you soon come across a Snubbull chasing its tail as a Chansey watches on. A hoothoot is snoozing, resting against a rather miffed Ludicolo as a Ditto looks around trying to see what would be best for it to transform into.

You send out your Gengar, but upon seeing the Ghost, the Doduo panics and keeps running. However, the reason for its fear becomes apparent, even though the Doduo itself has gone: from the direction from whence it came bursts a swarm of vicious-looking Scyther. They glance around and, upon not seeing their prey, turn towards you. They alight upon the ground and surround you, hissing. What do you do?

I'll send out Aiko my delcatty to use helping hand on the steelix until it is conscious again. I don't want to leave him unconscious so someone can easily capture him. Once he is fully conscious, then I will recall Aiko and Kumar and then I will head into the Meadow.

Not sure how you could help, you leave them be and continue on in your search of the meadow. Soon, you come across a Bellsprout sneaking up on a sleeping skitty. A bulbasaur desperatly tries to keep the bellspout away but the bellsprout seems determined to wake the skitty up by scaring her. Meanwhile, your path is blcoked by a sleeping behemoth, Snorlax. What will you do?

The two dragons try to attack the fighter as he runs past but only succeed in biting each other. Snarling in fury, they turn to face hitmonlee but the first bagon is blasted backwards by a fierece ice beam from the absol and is knocked out cold. The other bagon seeing his comrade fallen, runs off screaming into the next room past another machop who was jsut entering the room. The machop watches him run off puzzled. What will you do?

The larger fighter watches the smaller one with amusement until Zake leaps up and hits him between the eyes. Shakign the stars from his eyes, the hitmonlee gets his bearings back rather quickly and swiftly delivers a pair of kicks sending Zake tumbling backwards into the absol. The machop gets back up and storms over and waits for his next orders as the hitmonlee looks at the machop in surprise. What will you do?

It looks rather dejected; apparently it was enjoying the rain. Looking past it, you see an Electrike gnawing on an apple under the shade of a big tree, and a... weird flower sitting in the sunlight. What do you do?

You move on... and are suddenly forced to dodge as a Voltorb flies by your head. Looking towards the source, you see a hale and hearty Bellsprout, grinning. A Farfetch'd steps up to it, making a challenging motion, and charges at the Bellsprout; the Bellsprout in turn grabs it by the wing and hurls it away. What do you do?

Returning you ghost, you switch locations to the Meadow, where you instantly see a rather plump Seedot running laps around a Cradily while a Porygon shouts instructions. The exercise is made harder by the fact that the Cradily doesn't seem too happy about this and is repeatedly lashing out at the Seedot with his tentacles.
What are you going to do?

Zake charges forward, so Hitmonlee does the same, kicking out viciously with his left leg. Zake endures the hit to his side by going into a skid and delivering a brutal kick to the Hitmonlees other foot. Scyther's eyes fog over and he slithers to a halt, looking dazed before hissing and biting his own arm. Misdreavus sniggers but isn't paying attention to Sableye who smashes her in the back with a Shadow Ball

Switching tactics, he kneels down and focuses hard, but the debris keeps up, knocking his head and body, causing him to lose his focus. As a last resort, he charges forwards and goes into a slide, ducking under most of the flying rubble and kicking at Hitmonlee's legs. Hitmonlee jolts, then flips backwards and lands with a crack on his back.

Walking away, you are suddenly surprised by a Breloom bounding out from the shrubbery around you, angrily gesturing and giving you the evil eye. Then as soon as it started, it stops; he stares at you for a second more, blushes, mutters 'oops' and hastily backs off. The sight is enough to send a Kecleon and Elekid standing nearby into hysterics.

The fire pokemon is knocked back a but but flapping his wings he charges towards Omega, not ready to give up. What will you do?

The Chinchou shrugs when you approach and question him as to why he's sparking the Farfetch'd. He shrugs and answers: 'something to do, y'know?'
Before you can answer, he is knocked back as the Farfetch'd takes the chance to bash him over the head with his leek...deciding to get out of there, you walk away; within seconds the Farfetch'd zooms over you head and vanishes into the sky. You also notice a Taillow darting about, while closer to the ground, a Lickitung and Kangaskhan are lounging about.

Glancing round for inspiration, it transforms into a Treecko and darts out of the way as you try to tackle it once more: nonetheless, you fling a ball at it, catching it by surprise. After a few minutes shaking, the ball falls silent.

Returning Scyther, Sableye attacks once more with Shadow Ball; Misdreavus spins round to face him and electrocutes him, before being knocked away by Glaile's attack. Snarling, she shoots into the air, dodging the projectile attacks before whipping round and sticking her tongue out. Sableye and Glaile respond with a double attack, which she tries to counter with a Psybeam but the force is too much. Tossing a Great Ball in her direction, it isn't long before you have a new ghost in your collection.

I'll send out Willow my L.19 Bayleef and have him grab the Aipom by its legs with his vine whip. Then i will have him hold the aipom with his vines until the paras catches up.

The charizard is stunned by the power of the blast as Omega launches himself at the charizard and slams into him, Omega recoils back, damaged sliglty from the attack but the charizard is out cold and falling towards the ground. Although tempted, you continue your trek through the meadow. An Exeggutor is stitting on the grass talking with a Nuzleaf. A magnemite is floating above them as a electrike paws curiously at a hole in the ground. A kecleon is sneaking up behind him. What will you do?

I'm going to silently (just so I don't accidently wake up the Clefable) go over to the Electabuzz, telling it I'll be as quiet as possible while also telling it (probably in a whisper) about how much I miss my old Elekid, and from there, I'm going to tell the Electabuzz that my team is lacking in my major favourite Electric Pokemon (aka Electabuzz, they are a favourite of mine b/c they can get Psychic, Cross Chop and Ice Punch, all good for handling various Ground types heh heh), saying it would be a great addition to my team since I have a Jynx and Magmar as well who I have because I once had, besides my Elekid, a Smoochum and Magby long ago.

Finally, Willow grows bored and chucks the Aipom towards her; as the Paras digs her claws into its fur, Willow turns back to you with a smirk, then frowns. Turning, you realise that a Noctowl has landed right behind you.

Walking over to the Electabuzz, you take comfort in the fact that although he stares at you rather coldly, he doesn't attack or anything. Launching into your speech, you emphasise how much you'd like an Electabuzz of your own, about how you miss your old Elekid etc etc. Once you stop, he scratches his chin in a thoughtful way and regards you. He looks convinced, but something about his demeaner suggests there's something he's unsure about.
What are you going to do?

Approaching the Cyndaquil, he glances at you in interest and listens as you comment on wanting six Pokémon; he eyes you, then smiles. 'Before I make a choice, could I meet my would-be teammates, please?' he asks.
As he waits for you to answer, you become aware that the Rapidash has slowed down and is listening to your conversation.
What are you going to do?

Waiting until the Electrike yelps and runs away, you send out your Glaile and Altaria. The Kecleon looks up in time for Glaile to roll around him, creating a thin ice layer that'll prevent him from escaping. He finishes his attack by smashing into the Kecleon who responds by licking his cheek. Destiny now strikes, gashing at his sides with her claws: Kecleon glows orange as he transforms into the dragon type before he fires off a Psybeam into Destiny's face. She fights back with a Sing and the Kec's eyelids start to droop.
What are you going to do?

Looking round for the Treecko, you quickly send out your new Ditto. It looks at you, then transform into you again, before smirking and running towards the Treecko. He darts up a nearby tree but Ditto transforms again and follows him up. After a bit of running too and fro, the pair stop for a breather: Ditto-Treecko is a couple of branches lower than the real one, and is a lot more out of breath.
What are you going to do?

Hmm, I'm going to ask the Electabuzz if there's anything that's been bothering him (prior to before I ran into him), and then, I'm going to ask him if he wants to travel alongside me (just so he'll have time to make a decision on if he wants to join my team, similar to what happened when I first met my Jynx, Blizzi in the South Caverns).

Changing your mind about the Charizard, you order Omega to catch him and he dives after the charizard. Next, sending out your pidgeotto you have her gently use her hidden power on the zard. She does so and his eyes snap open. You hurl a crystal ball at the flying fire type who gives a loud roar just before he is sucked inside. A faint ding is sound as gravity takes hold of the ball. Omega immediatly dives after it. Congrats you caught a L.18 M Charizard What will you do now?

Destiny now strikes, gashing at his sides with her claws: Kecleon glows orange as he transforms into the dragon type before he fires off a Psybeam into Destiny's face. She fights back with a Sing and the Kec's eyelids start to droop.

He darts up a nearby tree but Ditto transforms again and follows him up. After a bit of running too and fro, the pair stop for a breather: Ditto-Treecko is a couple of branches lower than the real one, and is a lot more out of breath.

Sweet, I got the Electabuzz (rather easy catch surprisingly, I didn't expect he would have been easy to catch had I have had to battle him). I'm going to name him Dynamo (cool name, eh?), make his breed-on move Cross Chop and make his free TM Psychic.

Anyway, if the Clefable wakes up and asks what happened to the Electabuzz (she wouldn't know I named him Dynamo, right?), I'll tell her he's A-OK (now that he's a part of the team), and that he'll be taken care of. If the Clefable doesn't wake up I'll simply move on.

A Noctowl hoots in amusement as a Pidgeot flies up silently behind the owl pokemon. "Boo!" it whispers and teh notcowl shoots stright up into the air losing a few feathers in the process. What will you do?

Since the lileep is lying still, you watch a few seconds to make sure that it isn't knocked out completly and it moves ever so slightly indicating that it is playing possum. Though it is still weak, you throw a pokeball, and the Lileep is sucked inside and a faint ding sounds. Congrats. YOu caught a L.8 M Lileep. Continuing on, you soon come across a Duskull playing tag with a cacnea. Lastly, you see a pidgey settling down on a tree branch. What will you do?

Zake slidde into him with a fierce low kick right as Omen blasts him with an ice beam to the eyes. He roars loudly, his vision momentarily blinded. You and your pokemon use the opportunity to high tail it away. Soon you come across the Geodude from before who smirks when he spots you pausign to catch your breath. Meanwhile, a wooper is running circles around a nervous looking sudowoodo. What will you do?

Not seeing anything that interests you, you continue along with the skitty. Something catches her interest and she bounds ahead. A few minutes later, she is enveloped by a bright white glow and a delcatty stands in her place. She wonders over to you, with a thoroughly confused look on her face. Meanwhile, a teddiursa and a chikorita are playing together while a Cacnea watches over them. What will you do?

You wave good bye to your gorebyss who swims away. I think yo're confusing us wiht expedia. Nevertheless, you soon arrive at the North Caverns via a charizard. YOu thank the charizard's trainer as he leaves. A Shuppet is watching you curiously as a Dewgong splashis about in a small pool at the center of the room. A Carvanha is wisely trying to keep out of its way. LAstly you spot a Smoochum running around calling for her mother what will you do?

You hesitate, squinting at it until it's revealed as a Cradily, who's heading you way and fast.

Sending Cam out, you first apologise then take a deep breath and turn to the Sceptile who has stopped and is staring at Cam in shock. Stepping forward, you apologise again, stating that Sceptile's are one of your favourite Pokémon, so that is why you caught Cam. The Sceptile stares at you for a second before suddenly raising his claws and charging forwards.....
You come round with an aching head; the sun is setting and there's no sign of the Sceptile although Wes, Cell and Cam are sitting in a huddle with a Pidgey sat next to them.

A Carvanha is wisely trying to keep out of its way. LAstly you spot a Smoochum running around calling for her mother what will you do?

You and your pokemon use the opportunity to high tail it away. Soon you come across the Geodude from before who smirks when he spots you pausign to catch your breath. Meanwhile, a wooper is running circles around a nervous looking sudowoodo. What will you do?

You come round with an aching head; the sun is setting and there's no sign of the Sceptile although Wes, Cell and Cam are sitting in a huddle with a Pidgey sat next to them.

There's nothing there so once more, you trek on. A cluster of yellow against the grass gradually turns into a Mareep flock that's happily lazing, grazing and so on and so forth. A Togepi and Voltorb are playing amongst the flock, when they accidentally run into a young Mareep who whimpers and bolts for it. There's a stir in the flock before an Ampharos appears, climbing to her feet to investigate the disturbance.
What are you going to do?

Finally, Glalile and Spooky launch their final attacks simultaneously. The sableye is completly kncoked off of his feet. He lies down, completely still for a few minutes before sturggling to stand. Taking hte chance, you hurl an ultra ball and the sableye is sucked inside. A ding sounds. Congrats you caught a L.9 M Sableye. What will you do now?

then I well ask the two if they want to stay for diner as I take out some cooking supplies including some food that I found earlier but forgot to say I did. (such dandelion roots and such, err if that is allowed) from my pack, as Cam [Treecko] lights a small pile of the wood with his Dragon breath.

Then have Wes [Paras] help Cell-me [ditto] set up a a make shift tent (basically a piece of cloth hung over a piece of rope strung between two trees) as I cook dinner and tell the Shroomish and Chikorita of my travels so far.

Actions: throw my master ball at Ursaring., have Cam use Dragonbreath to light the fire, then have Wes help Cell pitch the tent. All while I am talking to the Shroomish and Chikorita.

"It's my birthday." he states simply as if that explained it. When you inquire about the aerodactyl, the paras simply shrugs. "Sorry, I don't know much about him." Shrugging your shoulders, you turn your attention to Glalie and tell him to use icy wind to halt the dactyl's flight. As soon as the freezing air hits the dactyl he banks sharply and squawks loudly. When he sees you, he eyes are burning with anger. Uh oh, looks like you made him mad. What will you do now?

Thinking quickly, you tell your arcanine to roar loudly. He does so, and the misdreavus's eyes fly open in surprise. She turns around, spots, you then zooms through the wall. Satisfied that the ghost is gone, you turn your attention to hte piloswine and the swinub. After making sure that they are okay, you continue on. In the next room you encounter an absol glaring at a jynx. The smoochum with you squeaks excitedly, unfortunately drawing hte absol's attention as well as that of a sneasel in the room. What will you do?

As you walk along, you soon become aware of a pair of bulbasaurs talking as a zigzagoon runs in a zigzagging circle around them. What will you do?

Quickly recalling your arcanine, you reach for another pokeball on your belt. When you're sure that you have the right one, you release your zangoose who emerges with a snarl. Almost immediately a ring of swords appear around her before disappearing inside Xena's body. She quickly runs towards teh absol who intinctively disappears into the shadows snickering as Xena rushes past crashing into the wall. She gives a strangled cry and turns around to see the absol smirking at her. The absol doenst' notice that she is charging towardsd him once more and when Xena slams into the absol, she pins him down. The absol tries to weakly scratch at her. What will you do?

Ooh, another Chansey (I recall I ran into another one earlier in the Meadow). I'm going to wait to see if the Chansey manages to catch the Exeggutor for whatever reason she is after it, and if she does manage to catch the Exeggutor for whatever it did, I'm going to do the same thing I did with the previous Chansey, telling this one how much I miss my old one, and would hopefully like to have a new Chansey someday (I'm going to also tell this Chansey that I wish I could have been able to help a previous Chansey evolve (I think I recall the last Chansey I ran into wished she could evolve), telling her the last one had a responsibility she couldn't give up). If the Chansey here understands how I feel, I'll hold a Pokeball out for her if she's alright with it.

Omen will fire an Ice Beam at the Dactly's right wing, Orion will release a Smokescreen, and Zake will try a Rock Slide on Dactyl's left wing. Under the cover of smoke, I'll try to snag that Shuckle and escape.

You caught a Raichu (M) Lv.15!!

You send out your Machop, and Cynda, and they set to work, Omen freezing Dactyl's wing to the ground, and Orion setting out a thick smoke. Zake can't make out who is who, so he avoids hurting his friends, as you dash in, grab shuckle, and run out. Shuckle is very grateful, and happy to be reunited with his friend Corsola. Shuckle begins telling of a tale of how they were playing in the Lake, when Aero came after them. You decide what to do now with 2 lost pokemon, when Aero darts out of the cave, headed right for your group!!
Just as he is about to swoop down, a Nidokingjumps in the way, and begins fighting Aero off.
What will you do?

Xena bats away the Absols's paw and viciously scratches the Absol repeatedly. She also flails around, not that that does much damage compared to the otehr attacks. She finally lets up and stands up... the Absol remains on the ground, scratched up and apparently unconscious. That's when you hear a loud thump behind you. Turning around, you see two more pissed-off-beyond-homicidal Absols, who don't look too happy about what you've done to their teammate. What do you do?

Bison Woes
You and the Psyduck leave the Meadow and immediately depart for the Lake. Once there, the Psyduck begins to squawk again: this time, he apparently needs help finding his flock. He rolls his eyes and adds that if they're anything like him, they've gotten lost as well. Looking over the lake, you can see a Seel and a Goldeen playfully chasing each other, while a school of Horsea swims by lazily. No Psyducks around this part, though. What do you do?

Not wanting to get involved, the two of you continue onwards through the meadow. It isn’t long before Delcatty stiffens, and the fur along her back rises. A Persian stalks towards the two of you with a fierce look on his face as he hisses his displeasure. A Cacnea and a Roselia try to distract the Persian but fails. However, an Electabuzz succeeds where the other two fails by grabbing on to the persian’s tail. The huge cat snarls and spins around to fight the electabuzz. What will you do?

Starmie begins to glow a faint blue color as it gathers all the water energy it can muster. As it does so, it sends a wave of water towards the two birds. The murkrow squawks in annoyance as its feathers are soaked. Anubis jumps in and sends rocks hurtling at the murkrow. As soon as the rocks connect the bird falls to the ground unconscious. The skarmory on the other hand is now furious and is glaring at you. He doesn’t look all that ready to be caught just yet. What will you do?

If it does (or if it doesn't, and the Persian gives it trouble), then I'm going to send out my own Electabuzz, namely Dynamo, and have him help the other Electabuzz double-team the Persian by Cross Chopping the big cat just incase he drops his guard against the other Electabuzz. But, if the Electabuzz doesn't need my help at all, I'll just keep going with the Delcatty.

She finally lets up and stands up... the Absol remains on the ground, scratched up and apparently unconscious. That's when you hear a loud thump behind you. Turning around, you see two more pissed-off-beyond-homicidal Absols, who don't look too happy about what you've done to their teammate. What do you do?

I'll have Xena stand back by Jynx/Smoochum, and send out Ryu(Lv.18M Raichu) and Spooky(Lv.16 M Gengar), Ryu and Spooky, Dynamic Punch those Absols until they give up, or fall!!

Starmie calls another wave of water, which hits Skarmory, but seems to annoy it more than hurt it. Skarmory's wings glow a bright white, as it charges and connects with Starmie, knocking Starmie on it's back. Umbreon takes this opening to hurtle more rocks at Skarmory, which grounds the bird. You throw a crystal ball before it can regroup itself. The ball shakes violently, once, twice, three times...CAUGHT!! Congratulations, you caught a Skarmory(Male) Lv.10!!

Great, looks like the Persian brought back-up Pokemon to help him. Well, I'm going to need a couple more of my Pokemon here, so to aid both my Electabuzz and the other Electabuzz, I'm going to send out Crusher my male Machamp and Archimedes my male Magmar. From there I'm going to tell Dynamo and Archimedes to Cross Chop each Meowth so that the two scratchcat Pokemon will (hopefully) be attacked at the same time, and as for Crusher, if there are any rocks around, I want him to use a painful Rock Slide on the Ninetales. As for the other Electabuzz, I'm going to wait to see if he's going to fight the Persian so that this will be a real 4 on 4. Regarding the Delcatty, I'm going to tell her this situation may be too dangerous for her, but if she can help out with any or all of the four hostile Pokemon, I'll let her.

Yet, unfortunately for the Absol, the sudden shock causes Ryu to let out a sharp jolt of electricity, catching the Absol off guard. Spooky then comes running over and delivers a sharp punch to his neck, knocking the Absol out.
The other one hisses as she see's what's happened to her friends, then abruptly turns and bolts out of the cavern.

Great, the two Meowth have been KOed. Well, that leaves the Persian and Ninetales left to KO as well, so if the Ninetales is distracted enough by the Delcatty's Attract move, I'll have Archimedes sneak up behind him to do a Cross Chop to the fox's back. If that doesn't KO the Ninetales I'll have Archimedes use a second Cross Chop on him. As for the Persian, I'm going to have Crusher Cross Chop him as well, using all four of his arms. If I manage to KO both the Ninetales and Persian, I'll thank the wild Electabuzz here for his help and then recall all of my Pokemon except for my Electabuzz (just so that the two Electabuzz can say goodbye to each other, and good luck with everything) as I move on with the Delcatty again, thanking her for her help as well.

I'm going to ask the Delcatty if she is able to use Wish (note: I usually have a Pokemon move in bold, but not when I'm asking a wild Pokemon if they can use a specific move, like in this situation), and if she can, I'm going to ask her if she can use it on Archimedes so that his claw will no longer be in pain. I'll wait for her response before I decide what to do next.

Fortunately, I know how to deal with any Pokemon charging towards me, so I'm going to quickly send out Xeno my male Alakazam and Archimedes my male Magmar, and have them combine their Barriers to make one strong enough to prevent the Tauros from charging through it (too bad there aren't any anvils around here, but meh, I don't need one).

Looking over the lake, you can see a Seel and a Goldeen playfully chasing each other, while a school of Horsea swims by lazily. No Psyducks around this part, though. What do you do?


I'll first release Momo the Raichu and then go over to the Seel and Goldeen and see if they know anything of a Psyduck flock around this part.

Uh oh, looks like having Xeno use Teleport to get me and the Delcatty away from the Tauros may have been a better idea (I'm not doing it at this point) in this situation. No doubt the Tauros landed on a Pokemon smaller than him (so in other words, I doubt it would have been a fully evolved Pokemon right?), so I'm going to have Xeno use his Psychic to get the Tauros off whatever Pokemon he landed on (but I still want the Tauros to be stuck on his back, just so that he won't try and charge at me again), from there, I'll ask whatever Pokemon that was under the Tauros if it is okay now.

You ask Azurill if it is ok, and Azurill responds: "I feel like a grape, but I'm ok, thank you." Before you know it, you hear the applause of a Clefairy, Spinda, and Aipom behind you.

If you mean about Psyduck, no, Bison was helping a lost, confused psyduck find his flock.

You order Xeno(Pokemon?) to use Psychic, and he does, lifting Tauros off a little Azurill, then dropping him unceremoniously back on his...back. You ask Azurill if it is ok, and Azurill responds: "I feel like a grape, but I'm ok, thank you." Before you know it, you hear the applause of a Clefairy, Spinda, and Aipom behind you.

Sorry, I thought Hannah would have updated me again, but Xeno is my male Alakazam.

Anyway, I'm going to turn to the Clefairy, Spinda and Aipom, telling them I was just here to do one of my important jobs, which is saving a Pokemon from danger whenever I can (I definitely remember a time when I was in the South Caverns, I ran into a few Carvanha and Sharpedo who had caught a Houndour, I couldn't save the poor dark canine Pokemon). From there, I'll wave goodbye to all the Normal types around here (except for the Delcatty, I'm going to still let her follow me) and move on with the Delcatty again. I just hope I'll find the Grass type I'm now on a major hunt for (I'm not mentioning it unless I find one).

The Aero's screeching is deafening, but doesn't last long, as Aero runs out of juice, and you all come crashing down infront of an old Oak tree with a Noctowl glaring in your direction.

lol that was fun! Ok, Scyther, quick attack the noctowl, catching it by surprise and have Glalie freeze it with an ice beam from behind! Then, have sableye carry it onto the Aerodactyl and freeze it down too! Hit Aerodactly with rocks until it starts flying again!

Waving good bye, you leave the pristine Lake for the beauty of the meadow, where you find a Skitty chasing the shadow of a Pidgeotto who is carrying an Oddish on it's back. As you stare, you feel a Chansey bump into you, OOPS!!

As you make your commands, the Noctowl seems to have forseen this, and sends waves of red energy at Scyther, and Sableye, who begin to fall asleep. Glalie catches it by surprise, and freezes it next to you, but Aerodactyl is down, and not getting up again, his breathing is shallow, he's in a lot of trouble. You may be in luck, as a Miltank is eating grass nearby, with a mareep by her side.
What will you do?

umm, send out cyndaquil (8) and get him to catch me on fire. Then, i will use the renewed speed from the event to run to the nearest hospital, douse myself off, get some medicine, run back, only to realize that Aerodactlyl didnt have any water to drink it with! Sit and pout.

Miltank then sternly warns, he is in no shape to do anything but rest for a while, you may catch him, or proceed onward without him. Staring at the whole scene is a Spinarak, Ledian, and Illumise from high in the trees.

Following the pokes, you discover hidden deep in the meadow, a nest with a Cleffa, and a Pichu with a scar on it's cheek. Shroomish tells you they have been taking care of them ever since a scary pokemon and it's trainer slaughtered their parents.

They don't mind you following at all, they seem excited about a crowd, but fall behind you as Declatty hisses at them, and continues trotting behind you. When you finally find the end of the leaves, you see a big fight between a Grovoyle and Tropius, with all different pokes watching, cheering them on, from magnemite, to pichu, to bulbasaur, and hoppip.
What will you do?

Chansey is grateful for the help, and continues on her way, as do you and Momo. You get stopped suddenly by an Eevee running accross your path, playing with a Chikorita. A little beyond them, is a farfetch'd nesting.

I'm going to also watch this battle (between the Grovyle and Tropius, man, it reminds me so much about the Pokemon episode where Ash's Grovyle battles a Tropius and eventually evolves into a Sceptile), going for the Grovyle entirely.
