No, Ash doesn't give Misty or Brock any of his clothing before they part. Misty gives him a hankerchief, and Brock gives him a fork and a spoon, but Ash doesn't give them anything.

He gets his new clothes in Pallet Town, and the original clothes are probably with his mom.
