On The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time I lost Zelda's Letter.

After I got the letter, I bought a mask and now I've lost it! Do I have to restart?

Hmm... I thought the masks were only availible after you show the letter to the guard... oh well. Try going back to Zelda, and see if she gives you another letter.

After you get the mask you dont need the letter. The mask replaces the letter. I think if you put the mask on and talk to the guard you sell the mask and he opens the gate. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

after you show the guard the letter, he should open the gate for you. the masks are only a side adventure, of sorts. now, the only question is... did you show the letter to the guard?

I thought the Mask shop dosen't open until AFTER you show the guard the letter... Um... try selling him the Keaton Mask and see what happens.
