So, as the title says, I'm trying to figure out how to preview dynamic content in Dreamweaver (like PHP) without having to upload it anywhere. I do most of my designing and coding when I don't have a web connection, and being able to test it would be quite good.

Before my computer got reimaged, it worked. o_o And now, it doesn't. So, can someone help me get it to work again?

Stats:
Macromedia Dreamweaver MX Education Version: Version 6.1
My computer: Windows XP (Professional, I think)

Help is good. ;_;

Okay I'll tell you. But first a suggestion. Get dreamweaver 7 (mx 2004) or higher. Anything below isn't helping your site at all.

But on to your question. You need to install PHP then configure it with apache to choose the folders in your computer for dynamic content viewing. I'm not 100% sure if apache is really necessary (I think it is) but that's what I did and it worked.
