Well, I needed a couple more long-sleeved shirts for Ireland since it can get quite chilly. I found two for two bucks a piece which made my mom very happy. We spent about six dollars on three shirts and two jackets since I had gift cards (that I hadn't used for nearly a year). I can also use them in like January or something. We've now learned to always do winter shopping during the summer.

School breaks have started? That's news to me. As for my need-to-get items, I haven't really been looking yet, unless you count my quick visit to the supermarket yesterday, but it was the only one open on a Sunday evening and there were items I needed to get urgently (cheese, sugar, etc.), so I didn't get to check if there were good deals anywhere or not.

Last book I read was Cell by Stephen King. Post-apocalyptic books are the best, and this one was really good, and a tad unexpected. He's one of my favorite authors. I tend to read murder mystery/crime/ sci-fi books, and stay away from romance of any type. Bleah.

I'm always reading something. Right now I'm reading "The shelters of stone" by Jean Auel. I tend to gravitate to fantasy books, be them novels or short stories. What repels me the most is psychology-related books.

The closest I have to school is my teaching job, which has a break in January, but I'm making my own break next week and the following to take a vacation. It's going to be winter soon, but I'm not having a break yet. soon, I will have one, though, and yes, I've already been making lots of arrangements involving mainly sweets and tea.

Ignoring the fact that summer is a relative term, I'd say sometime after the 2nd Yssera scenario, which is bound to come after the next scenario. But only if someone offers to judge or at least help, because, while anyone can host a tournament, everyone seems to expect me to do it every time, and they have no idea how much effort it takes; I don't think it's fair, do you?

By the way, are you referring to a writing tournament, or a BT-like tournament?

My biggest regret, I think, would be that there is still some people I wish I could've gotten to know better. I didn't hang out with the same people in the last four years; I like to think that I was pretty friendly with everyone. Still, I guess it's natural to wonder how things would be if I had taken a different path in life.

My right pinky has blisters on both sides from riding a horse that pulls the reins really hard. Thankfully, after I pulled some skin off, the blister sealed over. I'm still going to wear bandages over the blisters just in case until they are fully healed.

Not quite sure my most recent ( I get them too often) but I'm expecting a bruise from my brother punching my arm any day now.
