No, it won't. You'll have to find Safari Zone pokémon elsewhere; Tauros is in Routes 38 and 39, and Kangaskhan lives in Rock Tunnel.
By the way, you can save space on the boards by posting all of these questions in one topic.

in Pokemon Gold the safarizone will not open until you wait many years there.in Pokmon Blue,Yellow,Red and Green the safari zone is open.

Uh, no. It simply doesn't open at all; the amount of time you sit there waiting is irrelevant.

It is open in RBY, and I believe it's open in FrLg as well. But it's permanently shut down in GSC. Sorry if you were looking forward to the fun.
