It makes fun of Scrooge McDuck and Huey Dewey and Louie anlong with a creative satire on Vegeta from Dragon Ball Z. Don't worry, there is nothing really inappropriate or racist. There is also no profanity. Or did you mean what the plot is?

I was concered about the possibility of inappropriate content. I'll go ahead and watch it now. :smilie:

Oh, and here's another goofy video (a cartoon, actually) my Dad found on Google Video the day I originally made this topic (I think). The ending seems a little abrupt, but I like it overall, regardless:
