How do you get the thing to get a azurill?

Because I caught two marril breeded them and forgot you nedd something special to attach to one of the marril. I think its called sea incense but im not sure, and was wondering where you could find it and wich one yu put it on. thanks

Apparently its somewhere in that ghost tower. I know not the english name for it but you can find duskull/shuppet and vulpix/chimecho on top.

Pardon me but I still havent bothered to memorize 90% of english names and can hardly remember any of the routes...

Bu-ut, well do you know where the safari zone is? If yes, then just go below it there's this "dock", surf downwards.

If no, well go to lilycove, and the route on the left of it, the safari zone is somewhere in there. From thence follow previous instructions.

mmmmmmmmmmmk.

go uh.. west from Lilycove, and stop by the dock.
You've been there to defeat Team Magma/Aqua. So, SURF down
the way and get into the tower. Keep going up the stairs fighting
people, and on the top, start dropping thru holes. You'll
find the needed herbs.
