I don't see how it's considered advertising to help someone out by giving them a URL they specifically ask you for (http://pokefor.tk). I've already gone off on a tangent once before on how stupid a rule that is. Creating a thread to promote a site, or just saying "HEY! Here's a site with tons of stuff!" out of the blue is wrong, but linking to a site in a reply to questions such as these doesn't do any harm and shouldn't be treated as such.
