Training Spots?

Anyone got any good or secret trainign spots? None of the spots i go to ever work, anyone has a good one for high elcel monsters or monsters around 30-40

At that point in the game I just used my handy pokenav to find trainers who want a rematch. They usually give good exp and they also usually suck. Very good training

Depends what you're training for. If you're mainly training up effort, it's quicker to hit one of the low-level spots with suitable pokémon (i.e. Route 110 is great for Speed effort). It's probably best to train up effort to the 510 cap, then hit the Elite 4 or Battle Tower, or in-game trainers who are suitable.

Sky Pillar features pokemon who are normally in the 50s (with some high 40s). Mostly ghosts, ground and psychic, and of course Golbat.

Victory road is mid-30s to 40s and has steel/rock, fighting, normal, and of course zubat and golbat. Be wary several pokemon here have whirlwind and roar.

I've trained mine up to the 30's and never payed attention to effort points...didn't know how they worked. Is that extremely bad? What should I be doing?

im training on victory road but it goes kinda slow, got a lv60 grumpig and still havent fought E4

Up to about lvl. 30, I train my pokemon against all those wild roselias and Volbeats (Sorry, I forget the route name) And I also like to train against the Clamperls underwater.

If you use Kyogre, you'll beat them at level 45 ;)

Really, none of my pokemon were over level 46 when I first fought them, and I had no trouble.
