i was wondering how do make gif. stuff

Animated gifs? Yes, you need a special program. Called the GIF animator or something... I don't have it, so :P Normal still gifs, you can do with Paint, or with Photoshop or almost any program. Photoshop gives more options as to the formatting of the gif; as would any other advanced image editing software, but I dont understand them anyway, so... :)
