Help Please!!!

Hi everyone,
I have a big problem that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I have a copy of Pokemon Red that I just got and I'm trying to play in on Pokemon Stadium. When I go to save it is unable to save. I have tried cleaning it several times and I can't get it to work, does anyone know what else I can do?

The Game Boy cartridge uses a small battery to save files. There is a possiblity that this battery is worn out or damaged. You may want to have the battery changed by a professional who is good at fixing problems like these.

There could be another problem, so don't do anything yet. Maybe other members of the board can offer other suggestions.
