OK ive beat the 2nd gym(Fighting Gym) when through the cave to meet the person and went to the new island im suppost to be on but know what. Theres a group of Magma at some building and none will battle me and up north theres more Team Magma the block the path....What do i do?

There's an old looking building south of the musuem where the Magma members are standing. Talk to the scientists in here, and when you come back out, the Magma members should have gone inside te museum. Follow them in, and head upstairs to battle 2 of them. When you win, they'll leave.
