I duno whether it's a virus or whatever but my cousin was using my MSN earlier and decided to click on this link.

Now everytime I go to start a conversation with somebody this comment appears in the conversation window saying 'Get the greatest MSN nicknames on www.myIMnames.com'.

My brother said hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE and go to the 'Processes' tab and then delete the process, but I've to do that everytime I start-up my computer. Any ideas how I can get rid of it forever?

msconfig?

You can also try for a spyware scan with Ad-Aware (http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5) and/or Spybot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html).
