[RMT] In Game Boredom.

The holidays have started, and that means 7.5 weeks of pure internet access for me. My parents tell my to "Do something Constructive instead of speidng 12 hours daily on the Computer", so Ill clock Yellow again =D This is all in game, but yes I do have a link cable and Silver, so I can trade over. W00t. Remember: In game, I wont be battling anybody. Or Stadiuming. Also no, i am not prepared to switch out Pokemon. They were designed to be able to get early in the game, and shall stay like that. *ahem* Ooo Also I hate Duplicating TMs XD And its Yellow version, so he will have a Jolteon by the way I play. The scary thing in all this, is that at the end Ill have a spare Rest TM. I only used Rest on Snorlax, and he learns it naturally o_o;

Raichu [Volt]

Thunderbolt for STAB, Wave for Par, Reflect for Defence and Seismic Toss as a filler. Works surpsingly well. Ill evolve him in GSC just after Pikachu learns Thunderbolt, and no, I cant get surf.

Sandslash [Ressurection]
• Earthquake
• Rockslide
• Swords Dance
• Slash

Earthquake for STAB, Rock Slide for Rocky Goodness. Swords Dance because it rules, and to ^boost^ Earth/Slide. Slash for a normal type move and the fact he can learn it. No Sandslash is complete without Slash ;)

Psychic for STAB and utter power on RBY, Ice Punch for beating Lance (Thanks for the tip, all of you ^.^) Thnder Wave for that Speed boost that he needs and support. Recover for health regainance (Thats not even a word...)

Now with Self Destruct for killing of that 1 last Pokemon ;) Ice Beam because it rawks my socks off, and Rest for lasting, and Body Slam for possible Par and STAB.

So my only real weaknesses are Ghost and Psychic, but everything is weak to those two in RBY. Whee...

Take Ice Beam on Snorlax.. the PP is nice, and with Amnesia, Snorlax doesn't really need the extra punch of Blizzard.

Since you're using Metal attacks, Thunderpunch and/or Ice Punch might be useful on Alakazam over Fire Punch and/or Thunder Wave. But I'm not sure. This is in-game, after all, and the strategies are different. You might try them out and see how you like them.

No Surf on Raichu and no Slash on Sandslash are kinda too bad, but that's okay.

I sorta like Pikachu following me around and crying "Pikaaaa!" every time I send him out, but maybe that's just me. It's a little late for that anyway.

Seismic Toss is a filler foller O_o; I evolved him in GSC. Hastilly evolved from Pikachu at Level 26, just after learning 'Bolt. Oh, I cant get Surf on him either ;_;

Standard. I used Fire Punch because the animation looks cooler, and Raichu has already violated anyone with an Electric weakness.

If you keep Ice Beam on Wrath use Ice Punch instead. Fire isn't a necessity in RBY, so increase your Ice offence. Good for Lance then[b]

Body Slam is just a filler foller faller O_o; I thought Char would use it well thanks to Swords Dance. Also the paralysis would be handeh. No Rock Slide sorry guys. I cant be bothered breeding Charmander on my silver. Bah =P Deflagratio is latin for "Destruction By Fire" BTW.

Rock Slide is worthless on it anyway. Hmm. No Quake TM you've given it to Slash. You could trade over and use the Earthquake TM from Silver, or perhaps.. Reflect.. instead of Fly.

Psychic, there's not much you cand o about that. Ghost? Nope. RBY is glitched, Lick (the only ghost attack that works sithout a set damage) actually DOESN'T affect psychic types. So your safe there.

slash : i personally like sand-attack as an alternative to substitute, but if you can ever afford it (^_^), buy it.

wrath : ummm maybe body slam? hypnosis?

zam : definitely ice punch, fire is so not important in rby.

lax : sure... if you still have your selfdestruct tm, you might want fishlax. hyperbeam/bslam/sdestruct/surf or quake.

zard : sure...

umm your weaknesses seem kinda wack to me. you only have 1x to rock (zard), you only have 2x to grass (slash and wrath), you only have 2x to ice (zard [fire's not resistant to ice yet] and slash), you only have 2x to electric (zard and chu), and you only have 2x to water (zard and slash). you also only have one psychic weakness (wrath). unless the rby chart is far, far different than i remember. o.O;;

*grabs out a yellow highlighter and underlines the sentance in his very first post: ONLY IN GAME...* To my knowlege, there arent very much Starmie in yellow version, yet alone ones who can Ice Beam. Also, I can always conquer an Ice Poke without violating its weaknesses.
