Ohh, I heard the news about James Brown's death this morning, it really is too bad he died on Christmas morning... :(

I looked up this story on Yahoo!, and I'm shocked that he had four wives. Then again, some famous guys can marry more than once....

I was so shocked when I saw this earlier on.

He became a legend in his field and definately set the foundations for others of his genre. From reading the stories he had a hard life, but he also spent time in prison and broke the law on numerous occasions, as recently as 2003. As a musician though, he was one of the greats. R.I.P.

I think the real shocking part was that in one account he seemed ok at first and even told doctors he was looking forward to performing on New Year's Eve. Such a shame to lose a talent that gave so much to music. :(
