Well summer is here, granted I don't goto anymore academic establishments, so it's just not the same anymore... but I'll be hopefully doing a few roadtrips to the southern parts of Ontario as well as a few trips to the North Eastern parts of Quebec to visit my little brother. Apart from that, probably search for that elusive career at some point, lol...

Found the problem! We forgot the change "Sharp Fang" and "Sharp Claw" to "Razor Fang" and "Razor Claw" after the games came out! We knew about the new evolutions pretty early, but we didn't know the names of the items would change.

So a Sharp Claw should do the trick!

I just found an old friend again today :) ASHarris or Yumeriru, for anyone who remembers her from TPM. I hadn't talked to her in years, and it was really nice to be able to catch up with her again. We used to talk a lot more because we were both involved in ASB, but after we both quit our moderator jobs, I started logging onto AIM less often, and we gradually stopped talking. I'm happy that she's still doing all right. I thought I would never get in touch with her again! There are other people that I've lost touch with, from TPM and other places. I still think about them from time to time, and then I get kind of nostalgic and sad. Goodbyes feel more painful after the person is gone.

Yesterday I was at my grandmother's house and caught a phone call from my cousin Natalia, whom I hadn't seen or heard from in years. Other than that, there's also Alex and Tara, who returned to TPM after a very long absence, and Karin, whose absence was not that long but it was deeply felt. And I met a few old friends/acquaintances at my primary school's reunion a while ago. I generally lose contact with people when they stop calling me/returning my calls, or stop coming online if they're online friends. And yes, I do miss some people.

Yes. Last night i went to see the new X-men movie and last week I saw 17 Again. I liked both of them. Hmm, well, the last movie I saw that was based on a video game was probably one of the Pokemon movies that was on TV one day, might have been the Jirachi Wish Maker one. Besides that, I really think Nintendo ought to make an official movie of one of the Legend of Zelda movies, preferably Ocarina of Time (since it chronologically comes first out of all the Zelda titles, taking place before any of them), because that game was so epic, and I think they should be the ones to make a Zelda movie anyway (just on a side note, I've seen some footage of an unofficial movie based on OoT, but I sure wish Nintendo knew of it).

Yeah, I was talking on Windows Live Messenger yesterday with an old friend who is in the army, I basically lost touch with him because after graduation, the graduates tend to go all over the place. As for if I miss anyone, yeah, I miss a couple of people, there was one friend of mine who moved all the way to Atlanta, GA, who is getting married (or is possibly married now) this year, I haven't seen this person since graduation, and to top that, she isn't on Facebook to my knowledge, which hurts a little when certain fellow high school graduates (or even college graduates) decide not to join Facebook, because it makes it harder to find out what became of them if you have no other way to contact them.

When it comes to creating things, I'd say I'm very, very creative. Being as I do much of it on the computer here, I've been doing it for years, making puzzles in most of the Incredible Machine series (right now, the only game in that series I am still occasionally making puzzles in is Even More Contraptions), making Chip's Challenge levels, a hack of the SNES game Super Mario World (which pretty much could bring my creativeness to its limit), etc. Of all the things that I've created on here, I think my best would probably have to be my Super Mario World hack, that I've worked on since 2005 and hope to finish this year.

I guess I'd say my creativity is about average. I have my strikes of inspiration but sometimes I feel like my imagination is limited inside the box. It's not that I don't like artistic things or don't try to be creative, but sometimes I'm just not very original. I think I'm quite weak as a level designer in that aspect. I'm working on a fic or two right now, and doing a decent job, I guess. I've also done some programming, but I wouldn't say that I'm a spectacular programmer. I don't really feel as if I have a "best" creation. I tend to put a lot of effort into everything I do. I have absolutely no natural talent in any area at all, so I try hard to do the best that I can. I'm pretty meticulous and tend to work on something until I'm satisfied with the result.

Er, she's not close by, so all I did was call her and wish her Happy Mother's Day. She was expecting me to make her a card like I did on her birthday, but meh. It's insulting, just like Valentine's Day, which I think is just a ruse for businesses to make money by overcharging. It's like saying, "I only love you on this day." Psh. I hope I'm appreciated more than that if I become a mom.

My ipod a few months back. Mom had accidentally pressed some buttons and got this need resetting message flashed. Nothing i could do would fix it, so i simply let the battery go down and charged it up again and it was fixed. Then two days later she had accidentally pressed somethign again and changed the language displayed to either chinese or japenese neither of which i could read. so i searched online on Apple's ipod site and found instructions on how to fix it and got it back to english and luckily it hasn't messed up since but now that i said that it will probably end up messing up agian.

(5/17) What is your most treasured possession (besides a person)? How long have you had it for?

My most treasured possession would probably have to be my VCR/DVD recorder combo, with the fact that you can switch between watching a video cassette or DVD anytime, it's just one of the nicest features of the thing. Even better, besides being able to record to both video cassettes and DVDs, it also has a feature that allows recording something from a video cassette onto a DVD, or vice versa, which is why I wanted it so much. As for how long I had it, I got it for Christmas in 2007.

This is gonna sound rediculous, but it's almost my lucky rabbits foot... my most treasured possession is my Jinzo 1st edition card (Yu-Gi-Oh). I got it on my 18th Birthday, so that would make it that I've had it for 5 and a half years. I had a pretty craptacular birthday, but that card changed my day, and has been my good luck charm ever since...

Currently, I only own a PS3, though I am also looking into getting a DS/DSi (can't decide which to go with)... As for my all time favourite system, I dunno, PS2 was revolutionary, but SNES had so many RPGs, it wasn't even funny... As for favourite game, it's a tough one, FFVII and FFX are definately up there, same for Pokemon Red, my first ever Pokemon game. I could go one for a while, but those 3 def are my top 3...

I had been hoping about getting to go to Washington D.C. this week, but that fell through months ago. Then, Mom and i were going to try and go to Branson Missouri and that fell through two weeks ago when we learned she was going to have to have surgery which is going to be this thursday. Least it worked out in that it fell in the time i had gotten approved even if i had a little hassle getting it all worked out...

I have the original Nintendo Entertainment system, the Nintendo Gamecube, teh Ninetendo wii,, nintendo ds and ds lite, the gameboy color, gameboy advance, the original playstation and playstation 2. I like my ds lite becuase its portable and sometimes its the only thing i have that works when the power is off. I enjoy the pokemon games i have as well as my csi games even if i am stuck on them.

When it comes to possessions, I would have to say that its a threeway tie between my Gonzalo Menendez (Clavo Cruz on csi miami and ray santiago in 12 rounds) autographs and handwritten letters, my daniel radcliffe autographs, and my David Caruso autograph.
I had written Gonzalo twice. The first time, i didn' have a picture to send and he sent me one with a handwritten note. teh second time i wrote him, i had also included a good one of him as clavo cruz and he signed it as well as writing me another full page letter. Daniel Radcliffe i wrote to him when he was performing in the play Equis (and i know i misspelled that) on broadway, He signed and personalized both photos i sent (which i understand is rare) and also signed the dvd cover i sent. David Caruso is one of my most wanted autographs which is why its one of my faves. I had written him on 7-16-08 and i got them back as well as a little Horatio Caine pin on 3-11-09.

I do, whenever I can. It's hard to find the time, but I love writing. I love the feeling of creating a world with its happenings, its characters and their lives... and I've posted a few of my writings online because I'd like to get some input from the readers. For that reason, I will continue to do so. Hopefully someone will enjoy what I write.

Yes I do write, mainly for a few reasons, one, I like to keep track of certain things, making notes whenever necessary just to keep track of the smaller details, such as anything I received, bought, sold, or traded on a particular day from here or one of the other AC/CC topics. But for stuff I post online, yes, I do post some things, I occasionally post Battle Range stories mainly because I try to get level increases for one of my Pokemon, being as that's more important than the amount of stamps I earn.

Well, the strangest problem I've had right now, is the mouse. For some reason I can't seem to get much of a grip on, other than the number of years it's been around for (5 or so now), the mouse has come down with a case of the "hiccups", basically, if I try to click on something, it seems to produce an automatic double click instead, if applicable (such as going to one of the folders in Windows Explorer, and clicking on a file, or trying to highlight a block of text to change or delete). As of yet, I haven't figured it out yet, I just hope it doesn't require me to get a new mouse, as I'm crossing my fingers I find a solution.

Mine was cool. I had church service in the morning, and then had dinner with the extended family (big family in a small house is something I'm used to). Well, being as I seem to be making the majority of the polls these days, I might as well make another.

(4/13) What is/are your favourite kind(s) of juice to drink (if you drink any, that is)? Have you ever mixed two fruit juices together to get a mix of sorts, or ever had a drink that was already made as a mix (e.g. cranberry-grape)? If so, which mix is your favourite?

My favourite juice to drink, well, I actually like a few, I like orange juice (mainly the kind from concentrate that has no pulp, and usually has a slightly more acidic taste than other kinds of orange juice), raspberry juice (occasionally), apple juice, grape juice, and even lemonade. As for drinks that were made as a mix, yes, I have had some mixes before, cranberry is good with grape or raspberry, and I've even tried lemonade mixed with raspberry juice, or with grape juice, just to add a little kick to either of those two latter juices. Of course, my favourite mix drink would have to be the blueberry/orange flavour of Fruite, it's a surprisingly good combination with a hint of tangy in there.

I love Fruit Juice, the all fruits in one mix, but if I had to chose one, I would prob go Strawberry to be honest... Best mix I have ever down, Strawberry, Banana and Kiwi, as odd as it sounds, it's pretty freaking good...

Well, with the state AC/CC is in these days, I sure hope this poll can attract a good handful of people to answer it.

(12/14) If AC/CC was getting revived, and you wanted to help with its revival, what thing(s) would you want to see added, deleted, or changed? Why?

For me, I think a brand new addition to the PZBT may possibly make for more battles. In the Battle Tower facilities from the 3rd generation onwards, there is a mode that allows Pokemon to battle at L50, regardless of their real levels. So what I was thinking here, maybe this could be implemented into the PZBT so that any two or four Pokemon could have a battle, even if one Pokemon was a much higher level than the other(s). If both/all Pokemon were set to L50 just for the battle, the battle may still be one-sided, but that's where the second part of this idea comes in: if the two/four trainers agreed on banning certain moves so that the Pokemon were on roughly equal footing in addition to being at L50 for the battle, it could easily go either way, that way, regardless of which Pokemon win(s) the battle, it'd still gain a level (or two, if the battle was a double battle where only one Pokemon didn't faint) on its original level.

I like your idea. I think we'll implement it. We could try adding some new TMs to the Reward Center/Kiosk too. And we definitely need more players, and perhaps some new workers for most of the threads.

I would do something about the "Guess This!" game over here. It's tough coming up with a challenging question for it, and it just seems like too easy a win. But that's must my opinion as a worker. Also, put a database around here for what items/Pokemon we have, because Yahoo ticked me off by closing down Geocities. I haven't made time to make a new website and I think just putting up a list somewhere in this forum would be easier.

Well, for me, that's a yes, my GameCube when I got it in 2003 came with a game called Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition (part of a special promotion; the only way to get this game now is to either find it used in some video game store or buy it online) that I play every once in a while (not as much as I did years ago). As for the other side of the question, I also hope to receive the red Nintendo Wii package that I mentioned for Christmas, which besides having a red Wii console has a red Nunchuk controller, a red WiiRemote controller, and the games New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Wii Sports, I mean, when you end up noticing something so enticing in a local flyer, sometimes it can be so hard to resist putting it on your wish list, especially if you're a fan of Mario (I know one person here who definitely is a Mario fan, lol).
