Just thought I'd share this funny article with you guys. Whether you like Baseball, the Red Sox, or not, you should get a kick out of it.

Yeah, it's "America's Finest Sports News Source." >_<

I honestly don't see what the big deal is. Daisuke's just the next in a series of Japanese superstars like Hideki Matsui and Ichiro Suzuki who has come to America to play baseball. When we start getting players from totally uncivilized countries, then I'll be intrigued.

EDIT: Just realized that I said "Ichigo Suzuki." Been watching a bit too much anime recently...

Well let's see if the Red Sox wasted money on this guy if somebody can in fact actually hit that pitch. This is MLB, so you know somebody's going to.

Heh, being a Red Sox fan, I hope that Gyroball will break 3 feet towards the dugout then magically swerve right down the middle of the plate for a strike. The Last thing the Red Sox need is a Iruka (sp? THe guy who pitched for the Yankees or whatever and got really fat then went back to Japan)

I'm predicting right now Mets-Red Sox World Series. I dunno why though :D
