Welcome to the headquarters of Diamond and Pearl on TPM. Or, as we like to say, welcome to DPP!
Before we begin the tour, we'd like to remind you of a few simple rules. They're pretty easy to follow, but please pay attention to them. You'll need to follow them during your time here in DPP.
1) Don't talk about ROMs, emulators, or anything else that violates copyright laws. Don't ask about them, post information about them, or even allude to them. If you want to discuss them with someone, do that using private messages. Doing so here will get you into serious trouble.
2) Don't ask for links. No giving links either, unless you are linking to direct information. We don't want to be advertising for other sites. You can, however, ask for links via PM.
3) Team rating requests should go in this forum. Teams may have no more than one Pokemon missing (for instance, a 6-Pokemon team must have at least 5 Pokemon selected), and each Pokemon (with the exception of Pokemon like Ditto) needs to have at least three moves.
4) See the stickies at the top of the page for friend codes and trading. There's no need to make separate topics for individual friend codes/trades; that's why we have those threads.
5) Don't ask for information that is visibly available in another thread or FAQ topic. That is, don't post a topic when there's already another topic currently discussing it.
6) Don't double-post or revive dead topics. If you'd like to add something to your previous post even though nobody else has posted after you, just hit the "Edit" button. And rather than revive a thread from several pages back whose purpose has been served, just start a new one.
The TPM rules (http://forboards.tripod.com/TPM_General_Rules.html) all apply, as well. No flaming, spamming. etc. It's really just common sense.

Here you can register for the only competitive battling league on TPM. It's just a one-time thing; post here, and you're in the league! (You still need to register for each tournament that you want to enter, but this comes first.)

Finally, if you have any questions while you're in DPPHGSS, feel free to ask the moderators. You can find them in their corner offices on the top floor. Just send them a PM, and they'll be happy to help.
