Crazy Wi-Fi Discovery

OK, so Blademaster and I were battling over Wi-fi, and suddenly I began to hear the 'dun-dunk' msn noise coming from my DS. But it happened everytime I sent Blademaster a message. I investigated further, and it turns out you can communicate with people who you're trading/battling with using the DS microphone. Creepy.

I wouldn't call it weird or crazy, it is just nothing to be surprised about actually. A few days ago, I traded a couple of pokey over to River. I was on the mobile chatting with a couple of my friends and she overheard it by accident though.

Yes indeed perfectly normal, although startling if you're not expecting it. Like I told him, he scared the bejeezes out of me. Well I jumped in my seat, ^^''' cause you don't expect words to start coming out of it, lol. I said hello but he didn't have his sound on. So if your opponent is not expecting the sound to come through, well . . . *snickers* you might give them a fright.

Umm, yeah. Voice chat is enabled for all Wi-Fi activities, including trading and battling. I'm still surprised that people don't realize that...

Yeahhh, that's why I try to remember to turn off my music before using Wi-Fi. Don't want to scar anyone for life with my awful tastes. ^^

Although for some reason, my brother always shows up and wants to chat when I'm using Wi-Fi, so people get to listen in on some weird conversations occasionally.
