(And might I add, Vespiquen is one of the few pokemon that can learn the False Swipe TM.)
Serebii says it can't. I'm willing to assume Serebii is wrong here; despite common belief it's been wrong before. This determined, is there a place I can get a correct list of TM and HM compatibility, or do I need to test everything out on everyone myself to be sure?
