Strange Glitch

Okay, this has happened three times so far, once in my Diamond game, and twice in Pearl. For some reason, at these times, the daily events do not reset. I’m talking about things like the guys who give you berries, the trainers at the restaurant, everything that is renewed daily. The clock is still running, and day and night still happens, but the daily events don’t reset for one day.

Has this happened to anyone else? It’s weird… So far, it’s only happened once in one of my games and twice in another, (and in the game where it happened twice, it was weeks apart) but I’m wondering why it happened at all.

Did you do said event after midnight, and then try to do the same thing again before midnight the same day? I've done that a few times myself.

No, that was not the case. The daily events simply did not reset.

The only thing I can think of would be if you changed the time on your DS. I've heard that if you do that, the game makes you wait a day for daily events to occur.
