Torkoal or Camerupt???

I need advice on which to use. I think the moveset is going to be...

Item: white herb if it works or charcoal, maybe chesto berry for some minty rest goodness

Torkoal
sunny day
overheat/fire blast
amnesia
rest

Camerupt
sunny day
overheat
earthquake/amnesia
rock slide/rest

As you can see, I'm going for mega damage with overheat/fire blast+STAB+sunny day+maybe charcoal. I'm thinking Torkoal would be more of a tank with his high defenses, but camerupt has higher spec. atk. and gets STAB for earthquake. Which pokemon/moveset do you think I should use???

torkoal would be a wise choice
but delete sunny day and put body slam
for a sunny day effect send out groudon disspose of the first pokemon then send out torkoal and attack with the STAB/fire blast/critical hit/super effective attack

Torkoal defniatly...

I'd replace Fireblast/Overheat with Heat Wave.

Heat wave, though less powerful, is more accurate and has no negative side effects.

Actually, Flamethrower is the best option, since it has 100% accuracy and only 5 less power then Heatwave while 10% better accuracy.
