Many anime fans had been waiting for all this moment... After the month of March had pass and the month of April begins, all hell would break loose. There would no more Wolf and Spice, there would also be no more Shakugan no Shana Second, Gundam 00 would take a break, as all of this anime would end off their screening by next week.

And in their place, a new lot of series would come in. They are the Spring 2008 anime releases. As fansubwiki had indicated, there are a total of 51 animes would be release. Of course sadly not all of them would be fansub. Some of those would be a little too childish to view for someone of my age, some have viewer's discretion advice and while some are plain boring.

The entertaining ones that most of us would considered watching are the following titles as followed,

Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's (http://www.konami.jp/th/yugioh_5ds/)

I had not been following the Duel Monsters' series after the Yugi Muto saga. For all I know, there was this new main lead by the name of Judai. I had heard nasty comments on how last season ended, so let us see on how this series would compensate Yu Gi Oh fans from.

xxxHOLic Kei (http://www.tbs.co.jp/holic/)

A wonderful Clamp production. The time dimension witch is back again with a second round of superstitions for ordinary folks like us to glue our eyes on. Rumours had it said that the artworks for this series would be a little difference from before. So let us see if the new artwork had bring life to the already weird character drawings.

Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 (http://www.geass.jp/)

What we have here? Code Geass is back with a second season with much demands from the public. Ever since Japan was colonised and renamed as Area 11, its natives are treated as slaves and second class citizens. However the discarded prince of Britianian came out with a brilliant plan to reconquer Japan and declared it independent.

All this plan to allow his sister to live in a peaceful state and to influriate his father, who is the king of Britianian. However, his closest friend found out about his identity and became his enemy. Would the new season tell us more on how the war develops or would it come into an abrupt ending? Only by watching the second season, we can know.

Soul Eater (http://www.souleater.tv/) and Vampire Knight (http://www.vampire-knight.jp/)

Two relatively popular manga that had made the transition from printed to broadcast. Would the transition be a success story or a failure? This season we saw on how the popular manga, Rosario + Vampire, became a flop. Would both titles suffered the same fate?

This season's releases had become relatively bolder, there are a few titles that may seem a little disturbing to some conservationists.

Candy boy (http://candyboy.jp/)

Hooray to all yuri fans out there! Last winter release, we do not have much series to enjoy but now Heaven had answered our prayers with this series!

Why would I be even mentioning this! Okay, there is one yaoi- related series. I cannot remember the title but is pretty sure the ladies would go wacky here!

I am looking forward to Candy Boy. Soul Eater and Vampire Knight both look good too. As for the others you've listed, I would personally prefer to watch the first seasons of those shows because as yet I haven't seen any of those ones. I also think Amatsuki looks good, fantasy, historical piece with pretty boys can't wait ^^.

S.A looks good too. I guess though you wait to hear the buzz about shows and what others are watching, I frequent animeondvd, ANN and animenation so I'm sure I'll keep a watch for what seems popular. Will be my first time that I'll be able to watch anime as they come out in Japan. So glad I have the internet, although hopefully none of the files are too big. I have a shitty wireless connection.
