Here are the rules for Questions Only

1.- QUESTIONS ONLY - The title says it. Never say anything out of a question.
2.- Every post must be related to the previous post.
3.- Do not post more than 5 times within 24 hours.
4.- Everyone must abide by the rules of the PCG forum and TPM in general, as in all other topics.

Ok here is the start off

Master of Paradox, why will hearing the price cause people to have a heart attack? Are you afraid that you will end up having one? If so, why?

Crazy Elf Boy
26th March 2008, 07:29 PM
What if people hate the sight of high prices?

firepokemon
26th March 2008, 08:12 PM
Would a heart attack be a bad thing? Don't people look at themselves after they have heart attacks?

Master of Paradox
26th March 2008, 09:38 PM
What if they don't survive the first one?

Crazy Elf Boy
26th March 2008, 09:49 PM
Maybe they can be brought back as a zombie so they can reflect on their life?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
27th March 2008, 06:52 AM
Do zombies exist?

Crazy Elf Boy
27th March 2008, 08:13 AM
Why not? Zombies are cool aren't they?

shazza
27th March 2008, 08:41 AM
How do you define cool?

Master of Paradox
27th March 2008, 11:34 AM
Isn't "cool" a personal matter?

firepokemon
27th March 2008, 07:41 PM
Who or what could be classed as cool? Why do I think I don't actually get the purpose of this game?

Fett One
27th March 2008, 08:36 PM
What if they don't survive the first one?

If they don't survive than how can they have more than one?

firepokemon, what's not to get about this game?

shazza
27th March 2008, 09:35 PM
Maybe he finds the questions rhetorical?

Master of Paradox
28th March 2008, 07:44 AM
Why would that be a problem?

Crazy Elf Boy
28th March 2008, 10:19 AM
Maybe he has a fear of rhetorical questions?

Knight of Time
28th March 2008, 02:38 PM
Wouldn't rhetorical questions possibly give rhetorical answers?

firepokemon
28th March 2008, 07:55 PM
Why does rhetorical questions remind me of how horrible I did in English one year?

Fett One
28th March 2008, 09:01 PM
How bad did you do in english?

Crazy Elf Boy
28th March 2008, 09:03 PM
Maybe you did something really bad?

shazza
28th March 2008, 09:13 PM
How do you define really bad?

firepokemon
28th March 2008, 09:14 PM
When is something considered really bad?

Crazy Elf Boy
28th March 2008, 10:10 PM
Isn't that when you do something that is not socially acceptable?

mr_pikachu
28th March 2008, 11:26 PM
Who decides what is socially unacceptable?

shazza
28th March 2008, 11:29 PM
Wouldn't that be society itself?

Crazy Elf Boy
28th March 2008, 11:59 PM
Is society a living being with thoughts of its own?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
29th March 2008, 12:04 AM
What does a society think most of time?

Heald
29th March 2008, 08:52 PM
Doesn't a society just base its opinion on what fashion magazines and tabloids tell them?

Fett One
29th March 2008, 09:33 PM
Is that how you base your opinion of things?

shazza
29th March 2008, 09:40 PM
What other mediums can you base your opinions on?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
30th March 2008, 02:59 AM
What about videogames?

Fett One
30th March 2008, 03:52 PM
What role do video games play in society?

Crazy Elf Boy
30th March 2008, 07:07 PM
Aren't the meant to be the root of all evil? and supposedly turn kids into serial killers?

firepokemon
30th March 2008, 08:46 PM
Isn't that just the theory of media effects that believes humans to not be capable of telling real from the unreal?

Crazy Elf Boy
30th March 2008, 08:53 PM
Isn't what I just said what other say because they are to lazy to blame their selves?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
31st March 2008, 05:40 AM
Do you agree with me if I say videogames bring more welfare? Or will you say that losing in a videogame causes bad mood?

Master of Paradox
31st March 2008, 06:28 AM
Should we say that while losing can cause bad moods, videogames are not inherently socially damaging?

Crazy Elf Boy
31st March 2008, 07:05 AM
Aren't video games just meant to be fun?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
31st March 2008, 08:01 AM
Does anyone else think it's funny when someone is shot with a rocket launcher and his or her body explodes?

Crazy Elf Boy
31st March 2008, 08:10 AM
In a video game? or in real life?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
31st March 2008, 08:12 AM
Hmmmm...weren't we talking about videogames?

Crazy Elf Boy
31st March 2008, 08:36 AM
Though can't that question works both ways?

firepokemon
31st March 2008, 06:23 PM
Can't every question be worked both ways?

Fett One
31st March 2008, 07:16 PM
What if it can't be worked both ways?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
1st April 2008, 04:52 AM
Why have we ended up with talking about rephrasing questions again? How about some real answers to questions, in the form of questions of course?

Crazy Elf Boy
1st April 2008, 05:29 AM
Why don't we just all have a vote to decide on which way the topic will go?

Master of Paradox
1st April 2008, 09:29 AM
How would we figure out who voted for what in question-only format?

Fett One
1st April 2008, 07:52 PM
Couldn't we add a poll?

Crazy Elf Boy
2nd April 2008, 02:06 AM
Can we add a poll to this topic without having to make a new thread?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
2nd April 2008, 08:20 AM
Am I the only one who finds exploding bodies in videogames funny? Is that sick or weird or something?

shazza
2nd April 2008, 09:03 AM
Why have you gone off topic? Do you not realise we have moved on from video games?

Master of Paradox
2nd April 2008, 09:55 AM
Is it really so bad to move to a new topic at this point?

Crazy Elf Boy
2nd April 2008, 05:18 PM
Isn't the point of this game to move seamlessly from one topic to another only using questions?

firepokemon
2nd April 2008, 05:57 PM
Would it not help for someone to choose a topic that won't allow us to keep questioning how to question and did any of that make any sense?

Fett One
2nd April 2008, 07:33 PM
What should we change the topic to? Can we talk about food like in the old days of this game?

Crazy Elf Boy
3rd April 2008, 12:02 AM
Isn't the food topic getting old?

shazza
3rd April 2008, 05:29 AM
Why would it be getting old?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
3rd April 2008, 08:25 AM
OK, what's your favorite food then?

Master of Paradox
3rd April 2008, 08:34 AM
What if I can't choose?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
3rd April 2008, 08:35 AM
Did you know that I myself find it difficult to choose, too?

Crazy Elf Boy
3rd April 2008, 09:16 AM
So why dont we choose a different topic then?

shazza
3rd April 2008, 09:18 AM
How about we discuss the rules? Have you guys read rule 2?

firepokemon
3rd April 2008, 06:14 PM
Aren't rules meant to be broken?

Fett One
3rd April 2008, 07:22 PM
Why do you think rules are meant to be broken? Doesn't breaking the rules only cause chaos?

Crazy Elf Boy
4th April 2008, 12:27 AM
Isn't that only when the rules are like super important?

shazza
4th April 2008, 01:11 AM
Aren't all the rules super important? How do you define what rules are super important and what rules aren't?

Master of Paradox
4th April 2008, 08:31 AM
Maybe you can do that by counting how many times people get away with breaking a given rule?

firepokemon
4th April 2008, 01:34 PM
Why are we talking about rules changes? Weren't we suppose to turn away from those?

Fett One
4th April 2008, 07:25 PM
Are we doomed to be stuck talking about rules?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
4th April 2008, 10:56 PM
Did you mention the rule number 2, shazza? Aren't we still quite far from a flame war or something, at least in this thread?

Crazy Elf Boy
5th April 2008, 03:03 AM
Whats a flame war?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
5th April 2008, 04:51 AM
Could for example firepokemon explain it? Did you know someone like he could perhaps put in into words better than me?

firepokemon
5th April 2008, 05:17 AM
Why should I explain what a flame war is?

Master of Paradox
5th April 2008, 09:09 PM
Maybe because "fire" is in your name?

Fett One
5th April 2008, 09:11 PM
How does having the word fire in his name make him the best person to explain what a flame war is? Why can't someone else explain it to him?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
5th April 2008, 11:30 PM
Could for example firepokemon explain it? Did you know someone like he could perhaps put in into words better than me?

Didn't I say 'for example'?

Crazy Elf Boy
6th April 2008, 07:51 AM
Doesn't anyone in this topic know what a flame war is?

shazza
6th April 2008, 08:01 AM
Would you like me to explain?

Fett One
6th April 2008, 01:43 PM
Could you, so we can finally change the topic?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
7th April 2008, 04:36 AM
Isn't shazza just the right person to tell us? Hasn't he followed the situation at TPM very carefully?

Crazy Elf Boy
7th April 2008, 04:40 AM
There is a situation at TPM?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
7th April 2008, 04:49 AM
Did I use the correct English word?

shazza
7th April 2008, 06:20 AM
Why am I the right person? Have I been in many flame wars in my time?

Crazy Elf Boy
7th April 2008, 06:43 AM
Will some one just please answer my question?

Master of Paradox
7th April 2008, 07:42 AM
What question was that again?

Crazy Elf Boy
7th April 2008, 08:00 AM
Wasn't it what is a flame war?

shazza
7th April 2008, 09:50 AM
Do you really want to know what a flame war is?

Fett One
7th April 2008, 06:44 PM
Crazy Elf Boy, didn't you know that a flame war is when people start insulting each other in a thread? Why did it take so long for someone to finally answer Crazy Elf Boy's question?

firepokemon
7th April 2008, 09:56 PM
Who likes devouring flame wars and remembers the flame wars of old time?

shazza
7th April 2008, 11:20 PM
Wouldn't that just be me and you?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
8th April 2008, 10:58 AM
Crazy Elf Boy, didn't you know that a flame war is when people start insulting each other in a thread? Why did it take so long for someone to finally answer Crazy Elf Boy's question?

Did you understand I didn't tell Crazy Elf Boy what it is because I just have heard about flame wars and never actually looked at TPM and said 'Hey, isn't that a flame war?'? Thus wouldn't I have been the wrong person to tell you?

Fett One
8th April 2008, 07:27 PM
Why couldn't someone else have explained it to him, such as shazza and firepokemon?

shazza
8th April 2008, 08:10 PM
Perhaps we were never given the chance? Furthermore, can someone please tell Mikachu Yukitatsu to fucking read question 2 and follow it?

firepokemon
8th April 2008, 08:16 PM
Why is it that Shazza with what he just said resembles a male Hyena on heat? (Hyenas are well they're just funny animals)

Master of Paradox
9th April 2008, 08:09 AM
Maybe you're just twisted?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
9th April 2008, 08:38 AM
How twisted can a TPMer be?

shazza
9th April 2008, 09:33 AM
Does being twisted have limits?

Inferno_Dragon
9th April 2008, 10:49 AM
What are those limits?

Master of Paradox
9th April 2008, 12:48 PM
Would we really be happier knowing?

Fett One
9th April 2008, 07:07 PM
Are you saying you wouldn't?

Inferno_Dragon
9th April 2008, 07:14 PM
Why wouldn't he?

Crazy Elf Boy
9th April 2008, 08:14 PM
Maybe he wants to know if he is in the limits?

firepokemon
9th April 2008, 08:51 PM
What limitations would we be likely to see?

Inferno_Dragon
9th April 2008, 09:32 PM
Why does everything have to have limits anyways?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
10th April 2008, 05:36 AM
Isn't it that some things have limits although they shouldn't have?

Fett One
10th April 2008, 06:37 PM
What kinds of things shouldn't have limits?

firepokemon
10th April 2008, 08:26 PM
Why must this game be about limitations, rules and other miscellaneous things that are rather boring?

Crazy Elf Boy
10th April 2008, 09:24 PM
Otherwise wouldn't it be total chaos?

Inferno_Dragon
10th April 2008, 10:04 PM
What is wrong with chaos?

Master of Paradox
11th April 2008, 07:56 AM
Can we really play our games without any order?

Fett One
11th April 2008, 08:30 PM
Has anyone ever tried to play a game without any order?

Crazy Elf Boy
11th April 2008, 08:41 PM
Wouldn't it just be bad to play, with people posting all over the place?

firepokemon
11th April 2008, 08:45 PM
Why does a game have to be with order? And would it not be great if this game moved on to something other than being about rules, order etc etc etc?

What about about pokemon, who likes pokemon here?

Inferno_Dragon
11th April 2008, 09:09 PM
What if there are people who don't like pokemon here?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
11th April 2008, 10:38 PM
Couldn't they just say that they don't like Pokémon?

firepokemon
12th April 2008, 04:51 AM
Who could ever hate pokemon? Shouldn't everyone find them cute and interesting?

Crazy Elf Boy
12th April 2008, 06:16 AM
Why would someone be on a pokemon related forum if they didn't like pokemon?

Fett One
12th April 2008, 09:09 PM
What if they liked pokemon at one time but eventually lost interest?

Master of Paradox
12th April 2008, 09:19 PM
Like me?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
12th April 2008, 11:47 PM
Is this forum too Pokemon-related?

firepokemon
13th April 2008, 12:07 AM
Could it really be that people are far more less involved in pokemon these days?

Crazy Elf Boy
13th April 2008, 02:02 AM
Hasn't pokemon began to lose its charm a little?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
13th April 2008, 02:07 AM
How is that possible? Isnt it as charming as always?

Inferno_Dragon
13th April 2008, 10:49 AM
How does Pokemon charm people anyways?

Fett One
13th April 2008, 02:32 PM
Didn't Nintendo pull that off by using a cute looking pokemon (pikachu) as it's mascot?

firepokemon
13th April 2008, 08:49 PM
Did Nintendo make the right decision in making pikachu their main mascot and their main identity?

Master of Paradox
14th April 2008, 08:24 AM
Why would they need a mascot when they've had Mario since the early '80s?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
14th April 2008, 10:04 AM
Couldn't they have also other mascots such as Link and some Pokemon?

shazza
14th April 2008, 10:38 AM
Isn't a mascot only a singular thing, rather than collective?

Fett One
14th April 2008, 06:57 PM
True but whoever said you can't have secondy characters that are as popular as the mascot?

Inferno_Dragon
14th April 2008, 07:39 PM
Are Pikachu and Link as popular as Mario is right now?

firepokemon
14th April 2008, 08:33 PM
Could anything be as popular as Mario? And just who the hell is Link?

Crazy Elf Boy
15th April 2008, 01:33 AM
Isn't he the main character of the Legend of Zelda series?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
15th April 2008, 06:44 AM
Did you think Zelda is the one in green clothes like I about ten years ago did?

Inferno_Dragon
15th April 2008, 07:07 PM
Why is it called the Legend of Zelda anyways? Shouldn't it be called The Legend of Link? Aren't the games all about him?

Fett One
15th April 2008, 07:40 PM
Does the title of teh game really matter? Wouldn't the games be just as good no matter what they are called?

shazza
16th April 2008, 01:39 AM
But wouldn't the game lose credibility with an inaccurate name?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
16th April 2008, 08:06 AM
Doesn't the name give the very first impression about the game only if we see it first?

Master of Paradox
16th April 2008, 08:19 AM
Could it be said to have had credibility to begin with?

Fett One
16th April 2008, 07:48 PM
Do you think that is the case?

Inferno_Dragon
16th April 2008, 09:00 PM
Don't people judge the game by how the front and the back cover of the case looks?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
17th April 2008, 06:12 AM
What if they haven't seen the covers before they see someone playing the game itself?

Fett One
17th April 2008, 08:17 PM
How often do you think that happens?

Inferno_Dragon
17th April 2008, 09:00 PM
Why would that happen? Does someone actually buy a game without seeing what the game looks like or the specific details of the game?

Master of Paradox
17th April 2008, 10:29 PM
Maybe they were going by an inaccurate review?

firepokemon
18th April 2008, 05:45 AM
Don't you think we should assume that most purchases are gut instincts?

Fett One
18th April 2008, 07:57 PM
Are all of your purchases made by gut instincts?

Inferno_Dragon
18th April 2008, 08:02 PM
What purchases has firepokemon made?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
18th April 2008, 11:38 PM
What if you visit your friend and see he or she is just playing a new game and you see the covers later?

Was this question late?

Fett One
20th April 2008, 01:20 AM
Do you think it's late?

Inferno_Dragon
20th April 2008, 11:46 AM
Why would it be considered late?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
21st April 2008, 05:34 AM
Was it because it wasn't related to the post above anymore?

Master of Paradox
21st April 2008, 07:45 AM
Has that ever stopped us?

Inferno_Dragon
21st April 2008, 07:39 PM
Can anything stop us?

firepokemon
21st April 2008, 10:22 PM
Would we like to be stopped?

Fett One
22nd April 2008, 08:16 PM
Can't the mods stopped everyone?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
23rd April 2008, 07:31 AM
Have they ever stopped firepokemon, for instance?

Master of Paradox
23rd April 2008, 08:30 AM
Do people really listen to the mods?

Fett One
23rd April 2008, 06:53 PM
Wouldn't things be completely out of control here if they didn't? Do you know anyone that doesn't listen to them?

Inferno_Dragon
23rd April 2008, 08:48 PM
Why would anybody not listen to them? Are mods the voices of reason and judgment?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
23rd April 2008, 10:59 PM
Aren't mods human, too?

Fett One
24th April 2008, 08:20 PM
What about super mods? Are they human?

Inferno_Dragon
24th April 2008, 09:21 PM
How do we know mods are human? What if they are mystical creatures that are posing as humans?

Master of Paradox
25th April 2008, 08:10 AM
Wait a minute, who says YOU'RE human?

Fett One
25th April 2008, 09:25 PM
How do we know you're human? Is questioning each person's humanity really necessary? Doesn't it only cause paranoia and fear?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
26th April 2008, 03:48 AM
Doesn't Inferno_Dragon's name suggest he's a dragon?

firepokemon
26th April 2008, 05:52 AM
Doesn't his name also suggest that his fire breath is very intense and uncontrollable?

Also if he is a dragon, what type of dragon is he?

Master of Paradox
26th April 2008, 06:10 PM
Judging from the looks of his avatar, wouldn't he be a red dragon?

Inferno_Dragon
26th April 2008, 08:45 PM
How can you come to that conclusion since I have no avatar?

Fett One
26th April 2008, 09:10 PM
Have you ever had an avatar?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
27th April 2008, 08:07 AM
Did you mistake Inferno_Dragon for Fett One?

Inferno_Dragon
27th April 2008, 08:35 AM
How could he mistake me for Fett One? Didn't he suggest that my supposed avatar was a red dragon? Isn't Charizard a Orange Colored Dragon?

Lady Vulpix
27th April 2008, 08:49 AM
Isn't Charizard an orange-colored dragon?

And couldn't he as easily mix up red with orange as mix up the two of you? After all, isn't a good part of Fett One's avatar red?

mr_pikachu
27th April 2008, 02:26 PM
Isn't Charizard an orange-colored dragon?

Are you trying to become the Grammar Nazi's protege?

Lady Vulpix
27th April 2008, 07:30 PM
Brian, how many times has this been discussed? Which one of us started first anyway?

Inferno_Dragon
27th April 2008, 09:12 PM
Are you saying that you started correcting people's grammar first, Lady Vulpix?

Master of Paradox
28th April 2008, 08:18 AM
Is who started the grammar-correcting thing all that important?

Lady Vulpix
28th April 2008, 09:22 AM
How can I know, if Brian won't tell me when he started?

And doesn't the fact that I'd been doing it for many years by the time I first heard of Brian prove that I'm not copying him?

Fett One
28th April 2008, 07:13 PM
Doesn't that mean than he is copying you? In the end, does it really matter if one person is copying the other? Isn't this board big enough for two Grammar Nazi's?

firepokemon
28th April 2008, 08:45 PM
Are people writing so grammatically incorrect that this board requires grammar nazis?

Crazy Elf Boy
28th April 2008, 09:33 PM
Don't some people here consistently use improper use of grammar?

Fett One
29th April 2008, 08:22 PM
Who is the biggest offender?

firepokemon
29th April 2008, 10:04 PM
Could there not be many offenders? Do I write grammatically correct? Or am I grammatically incorrect?

Master of Paradox
29th April 2008, 10:06 PM
Would it really be fair to say?

Crazy Elf Boy
29th April 2008, 11:38 PM
Can't we elect someone to have the official responsibility of correcting grammar on this board?

Fett One
30th April 2008, 06:51 PM
Don't mr_pikachu and Lady Vulpix already have that job covered?

Inferno_Dragon
30th April 2008, 08:27 PM
How can they be covered? Do they have an "official" title of Grammar Nazi?

firepokemon
30th April 2008, 10:07 PM
Could their reputation solely be used to categorise them as Grammar Nazis?

mr_pikachu
30th April 2008, 10:10 PM
May I clarify something? Who is challenging me for the title of Grammar Nazi?

Inferno_Dragon
30th April 2008, 10:11 PM
Who says anyone is challenging you for the title of Grammar Nazi?

mr_pikachu
30th April 2008, 10:13 PM
Aren't you all suggesting that someone else wants to be a Grammar Nazi?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
1st May 2008, 03:32 AM
Am I suggesting that?

firepokemon
1st May 2008, 03:49 AM
Is Mikachu correct? Would you like somebody to replace you as Grammar Nazi?

Knight of Time
1st May 2008, 03:23 PM
Why would you want to be replaced as Grammar Nazi anyway, Mikachu? Doesn't the idea of a successor of some job have to be from the person who is "stepping down"?

Fett One
1st May 2008, 06:18 PM
Who said Mikachu was the grammer nazi?

firepokemon
1st May 2008, 09:08 PM
Was I not asking if Mr.Pikachu wanted to be replaced as Grammar Nazi?

Knight of Time
2nd May 2008, 09:57 AM
What if mr_pikachu wants to stay as the Grammar Nazi? Then again, is there the possibility we may have two Grammar Nazis instead of one?

Master of Paradox
2nd May 2008, 10:18 AM
Is anyone else scared by the prospect of multiple Grammar Nazis?

Fett One
2nd May 2008, 07:31 PM
Why do you find that scary?

Inferno_Dragon
2nd May 2008, 08:50 PM
Why is so scary about multiple Grammar Nazis? What is so scary about multiple people correcting your grammar? Wouldn't that be a good thing not a bad thing?

firepokemon
2nd May 2008, 09:14 PM
Wouldn't we be scared because of our own grammar inadequacies?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
3rd May 2008, 12:15 AM
What were the peolple in nazi Germany afraid of?

Inferno_Dragon
3rd May 2008, 10:58 AM
What is the different between the Nazis and the Grammar Nazis anyways?

Knight of Time
3rd May 2008, 11:51 AM
Inferno_Dragon, don't you mean difference, not different?

Fett One
3rd May 2008, 09:28 PM
Inferno_Dragon, haven't you ever been taught about WW2?

Master of Paradox
3rd May 2008, 10:10 PM
Maybe his school dropped the ball?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
3rd May 2008, 11:30 PM
What does 'dropping the ball' mean?

Inferno_Dragon
3rd May 2008, 11:40 PM
Does dropping the ball mean if someone drops the ball, they are not doing their job or taking their responsibilities seriously enough and let something go wrong? And who says that my school dropped the ball? Don't you know that I know much about WW2 History? Wasn't my question asking what makes a Grammar Nazi so different from a Nazi?

And am I asking too many questions .... again?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
4th May 2008, 12:08 AM
Doesn't anyone else remember I think it was mr_pikachu himself who told about the differences between the nazis and grammar nazis once? Can you believe I used something like 20 minutes to find the post I mean here and couldn't? Can you remember he was talking someting about Grammar Nazis being superior to Hitler?

Seeing this long post, can you imagine how we feel now when you post so many questions, Inferno_Dragon?

Lady Vulpix
4th May 2008, 08:46 AM
Don't you think calling Brian a Nazi would be offensive to him, and calling me a Nazi would be as offensive as it is absurd?

Inferno_Dragon
4th May 2008, 12:24 PM
Can't we come up with a better title then? How about Grammar Master? Or Grammar Expert? Or Grammar Professor?

Lady Vulpix
4th May 2008, 01:14 PM
How about Grammar Supervisor, which I have called myself a few times?

Fett One
4th May 2008, 10:12 PM
Does "Grammar Supervisor" have the staying power that "Grammer Nazi" has? Shouldn't we ask Brian what he thinks before changing it?

firepokemon
5th May 2008, 02:55 AM
I am confused who is Brian? And are you not that already Lady Vulpix as you are a teacher after all, are you not?

mr_pikachu
5th May 2008, 03:30 AM
Isn't it obvious that the Grammar Nazi is not a Nazi? Haven't you read the disclaimers in my monthly E-zine column?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
5th May 2008, 04:08 AM
Should we use mr_pikachu's TPM name instead of 'Brian'?

Crazy Elf Boy
5th May 2008, 08:59 AM
Whats wrong with his real name?

Lady Vulpix
5th May 2008, 11:45 AM
Isn't 'Brian' easier on the ears and fingers than 'mr_pikachu'?

firepokemon
5th May 2008, 03:16 PM
One would think so, but surely some prefer merely using people's forum names? Or am I the only one that tends to work that way?

Knight of Time
5th May 2008, 04:33 PM
Would you use anyone's real name if you knew it, firepokemon?

Fett One
5th May 2008, 06:50 PM
Haven't you read the disclaimers in my monthly E-zine column?

What E-zine column?

Knight of Time, what reason could firepokemon have for not using people's real names?

Lady Vulpix
5th May 2008, 07:25 PM
What?! You haven't read the fanfic forum E-Zine?

Then why don't you go and read it?

Crazy Elf Boy
5th May 2008, 09:48 PM
Does everyone know everyone else's names here?

mr_pikachu
5th May 2008, 11:27 PM
What?!

Is that sentence grammatically correct, Grammar Supervisor?

VirtualPlay
6th May 2008, 12:24 AM
What's with all the "Grammar Nazi" vs. "Grammar Supervisor" debating? What about the poor, neglected "Spelling Nazi" (or the counter "Spelling Supervisor")? What do names have to do with any of that?

And what the heck am I doing back at this place anyway?

Fett One
6th May 2008, 07:19 PM
Don't they have everything to do with it?

Gabi, what is so great about that fic?

Knight of Time
6th May 2008, 08:02 PM
Fett One, wouldn't it be better to just read that fic first? Or is it not your kind of story?

Master of Paradox
7th May 2008, 08:21 AM
What would his kind of story be?

Lady Vulpix
7th May 2008, 09:39 AM
Who said it was a fic? Haven't you ever heard of an E-Zine before?

Is that sentence grammatically correct, Grammar Supervisor?

Do you see anything wrong with it?

Knight of Time
7th May 2008, 10:25 AM
Does E-Zine stand presumably for an Electronic Magazine Gabi?

Lady Vulpix
7th May 2008, 11:56 AM
How did you figure that out, Kyle?

Master of Paradox
7th May 2008, 03:09 PM
Maybe he looked at the e-zines themselves?

Fett One
7th May 2008, 07:07 PM
Why would I look at it if I don't know what it's about? What does teh E-Zine deal with?

Knight of Time
7th May 2008, 08:33 PM
Did anyone realize I was attempting to use pure logic in saying the extended form of E-Zines? And don't E-Zines usually contain the same things as magazines?

Inferno_Dragon
8th May 2008, 08:59 PM
What if they weren't aware of it? What if they were in their own little world not paying attention at all?

Fett One
9th May 2008, 08:25 PM
How many people do that?

Crazy Elf Boy
9th May 2008, 09:11 PM
Don't we all do that?

Inferno_Dragon
9th May 2008, 10:15 PM
Why do we all go into our own little worlds anyways?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
9th May 2008, 11:14 PM
Don't they teach why we go to our own worlds at psychology classes?

Crazy Elf Boy
10th May 2008, 12:19 AM
Don't we go to our little worlds in psychology class anyway?

Knight of Time
10th May 2008, 08:17 AM
Do you guys refer to going into your own little worlds as being distracted in any class?

Lady Vulpix
10th May 2008, 09:51 AM
Weren't they originally referring to being unaware of the outside world (and therefore not knowing what an E-Zine is)?

And why doesn't Fett One go to the Fanfic forum and take a look at the E-Zine instead of asking us what's in it?

Fett One
10th May 2008, 10:10 PM
What's wrong with asking about what it is? Wouldn't finding that out help a person decide rather or not they want to take a look at it?

Inferno_Dragon
11th May 2008, 11:33 AM
Does asking about something that a persons doesn't know about make them smarter? Don't we all ask about things we don't about? Is there a person in this world who knows everything?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
11th May 2008, 11:55 PM
Just why do people always say see for yourself when you want to know a thing in the internet?

Crazy Elf Boy
12th May 2008, 01:15 AM
Maybe they are too lazy to show some one where it is?

Mikachu Yukitatsu
12th May 2008, 02:15 AM
And what about people who could well tell what something is but they just ask to google it?

Lady Vulpix
12th May 2008, 06:59 AM
Doesn't it depend on whether it's easier to explain it or to just see it? Aren't some things self-explanatory?

Knight of Time
12th May 2008, 11:56 AM
Aren't there some things or concepts that are too hard to explain or see?

Inferno_Dragon
12th May 2008, 07:13 PM
Why is it like that anyways?

Fett One
12th May 2008, 07:24 PM
Wouldn't life be too easy if things weren't like that?

Crazy Elf Boy
12th May 2008, 09:28 PM
Wouldn't everything be chaotic?
