Well, it's about that time for a good fight to get underway :)

Each battler will have 3 pokemon apiece, 2 out at one time, making it all the better when two are eliminated from one side, as this fight can end up 2 on 1.

The referee has yet to be decided.

The DQ time will be 48 hours.

As per the field, we shall battle in perhaps my favorite stage, the Casino Royale.

Casino Royale:
A large casino with many game tables and slots all around. These tables and machines may be used as weapons by the combatants. In the center of the casino lies a fountain with a large opening to the ceiling 6 stories above, with a large chandelier. Obviously, since this is inside, weather changes are irrelevant, and going underground is not an option, so choose your attacks wisely, or you might find yourself in too big a gamble :)

OK, here we go.

Dimitri(Shelgon), I want you to focus your attention on the Lairon. Leer at him, hopefully stunning him, which should give you time to hit him with a [/b]Dragon Breath[/b]. End with a [/b]Zen Headbutt[/b].

Jade(Yanma), you focus on diverting attention. Start with a quick attack on the charmander, and when he tries to attack you, use pursuit to get behind him. When he finally turns around, hit him hard with [/b]sonicboom[/b].

Ok Steel Ryu use a Rock Slide on Yanma before he can get his attack in, then use a Rock Tomb to trap him while he is behind Wildfire, the finish off with another Rock Slide on him.

Blaze do the same and concentrate on Yanma by starting off with a Flamethrower, followed by a Fire Blast while he is trapped in the Rock Tomb and finish off with a close and personal Fire Fang

===Round 1===

::Yelling can be heard from being the managers office in the Casino. CEB lazily looks up from his Roulette table, as his choices idly watch the Pokemon sent out by Green Lanturn. The manager's door flies off, revealing a Mismagius behind it, throwing a pudgy man out of the office.::

DL: Don't you EVER try to tell me what I should ref! Now go fix some vending machines..

:The manager squeals something in Pig Latin, before running off. ::

¬¬ Sorry about that. I just had to take care of that before we start. You two ready?

GL: o.o;;; Y-yeah?

CEB: Dun worry GL. He's always like this.

Wildfire and Steel Ryu eye Jade moreso than Dimitri. It doesn't seem to matter though, as Jade is the fastest of the group. Zipping off at an unseen signal, her target would unexpectantly be struck by her Quick Attack. It would be a costly move on her part-as Ryu was able to throw his attack off while Wild was momentarily stunned. Dimitri tried to make eye contact with Ryu, but the Lairon was affixed on the tricky Yanma, and thus the Leer failed. Seeing that Jade continued to hover near one area Ryu slammed his body into a pillar, knocking it loose! Large Rocky pieces of the pillar fell around and on Jade, spiraling her down onto the ground. However,the attack hit Wild too, and he fell backwards, stunned for the moment.

While his partner was getting the living crap beat out of her, Dimi quietly waddled over to Ryu-determined to settle the score.

Stupid *partner* Wild prolly thought, as he regained his senses, and jumped onto a piece of debris that overlooked Jade. She smelt the oncoming barrage of Fire, and shot out from under him and around his body. Wildfire turned partially, still building up his massive Flame-ridden attack, when he was hit from behind. Forced to stumble forward, Wild revolved in mid-air and fired his attack off.

The Fire Blast caught Jade by surprise, and she found herself directly in the path. Behind her however was Ryu. Ryu raised his body onto his rearlegs, and slammed them into the ground, throwing up more Rock to Entomb Jade. It was a mixed blessing. The Rocks struck Jade, and while Jade was pushed into the oncoming Fire Blast- Ryu turned to run, only to be struck form his left side by a convenient stream of Dragon's breath.

The bad news just turned worse, as it paralyzed the poor beast, and got him scorched by the Fire Blast as well. Dimitri watched this with a sort of bastardized amusement.

Pained, Jade looked up from her enTombment, to see Wildfire walking toward her. Beating her tail and wings against the rocks, she tried to free herself. Wildfire didn't worry though, as he rested one foot upon the rocky Tomb and waited until a piece of her body was showing, any piece.

Ryu-a tad daunted by his partner's blazing attack, turned for a moment to see who the heck just attacked him, when suddenly he went flying across the room from a Headbutt. Slamming into a casino slot machine, Ryu hit the Jackpot! Coins spilled out, as Dimitri plodded over solemnly-slowly relaxing from his state of focused Zen.

Ryu tried to shake off the hit, but found himself unable to move currently! Pissed off, he snapped his teeth at Dimirti, whom turned to hear Jade release a Sonicboom at the imprisonment she was in. The Rocks were blasted off, and Wild was struck in the face from the attack and some debris. Jade jumped up, hoping her wings would work, but she was immediately pulled back down, and bit into, Fangs sinking into her with the Firey rage Wild was enduring.

She collapsed in front of Wildfire, hurting pretty bad this first round. Dimitri stared at Wildfire with a high level of contempt, and Ryu, well, he's living large over there..

Ok here are my attacks

Ryu start of with a Rock Slide to bring Yanma to the ground, the hit her with another Rock Tomb to bring her down to the ground. Then hit her with a Shockwave.

Wildfire use a Flamethrower to help destroy Jade then hit her with a Flare Blitz while she is trapped under the rocks and get in with a quick Fire Fang.

Alrighty. Dimitri, since they are focusing all their attention on Jade, this leaves you free to do a fair bit of hurt. I want you to hit hard and strong, starting with a Fire Blast in Ryu's direction. Then, hit Wildfire with a hard Toxic, and end hitting Wildfire again, Draco Meteor!.

Jade, this round is gonna be hard for ya and mostly about evasion. Detect, Double Team, and then end the round by using Reversal on Ryu.

===Round 2===

After last round, Jade is probably thinking about flying over a cool lake. Her dream though fades and she's back into reality, amidst hundreds of flashing lights and gaudy hangings resembling coins and currency. This time however, she's ready, since her trainer's orders may have her survive the next series of attacks. Dimi hangs back, making space, as the Yanma creates glints of light from her eyes.

Wildfire and Ryu both look to each other and move in, each ready to utterly destroy Jade. Climbing up a row of coin machines, Wildfire shoots down a terrific Flamethrower, while Ryu uses the felled machines and coins from earlier to mimic a Rock Slide upon Jade's body. Jade this time, doesn't move and as the two attacks collide together on Jade's form, she evaporates under the dual hits.

Dimitri, sneakily fires off his own fiery rage, but this one is much larger and much more counter-intuitive. Ryu barely has time to look over as his vision becomes scorching white. He rolls and tumbles yards away, as the Fire Blast pushes and forces him back raising his exoskeletal temperature hundreds of degrees instantly. Wildfire watches in disbelief..did that just happen?!?

Jade: -10E Dimi: -10E ==///== Wild: -8E Ryu: -8E/-11H *Brn*

Wildfire jumps down, his body emblazoned in a fiery aura, landing he makes a beeline for the area where Jade presumably hit the ground. Jade appears in a flash, freeing herself from the rubble, and smirking. An odd duplicated humming of wings is heard right before Wildfire Blitz's into Jade...and speeds right through her? He rolls to a stop near the fountain, and takes a moment to try and figure out what the heck happened.

Ryu however, has a larger problem. That last attack burned his back, and it ached to turn right. Resorting to only turning left, Ryu spotted Jade to his right...and his left..and above? Unsure what was going on, the Lairon threw Rocks up and at the highest Yanma. The rocks...stayed where they were, as Lairon froze in place, obviously paralyzed!! Jade hissed in laughter, as her remaining clones and her flew backwards, happy to have evaded a second series of attacks.

Dimi snickered as well, as Wildfire didn't even see the deluge of purplish goo spring up from behind him, splattering onto his back. Turning around, Wildfire faced the dragon, and Dimitri moved in closer, glowing.

Annoyed, Wildfire pointed at Dimitri, before reversing the digit and dragging the claw along his own neck. Dimitri laughed as his aura began to grow. Flames shot from Wildfire's mouth, and he turned back to spot...the three Jade's? When the hell did she use Double Team? Unphazed by this, Wild took a running start, and lunged, flames bleeding from his gums.

Ryu, able to move this round, really wanted to help out, and jogged up a few steps. His attack though, may not have been ideal. The Shockwave emitted, shot out and skyward, something Jade did not expect. Caught off guard, the Shockwave shattered her clone concentration. Wildfire's lunge put him in perfect position, and he bit down on Jade's wing..

only to be slammed by the Shockwave himself! To get Ryu back, Jade turned so Widlfire got the brunt of the continuous Shockwaves. With him still clamped on her wing, she went into a speedy dive, and pulled up, Reversing her momentum, but slamming the electrocuted Wildfire head first into Ryu!

The duo of Pokemon rolled to a stop, but Ryu saw even more pain coming his way... as the sky suddenly turned deadly. From inside the casino, a deluge of sculptures and casino machines were suddenly hurled as if they were Meteors-all upon the pair. The screams of agony could be heard, until finally, the Draconic glow ended around Dimitri. That tired him out a bit.

Reversal was funky to ref this round, so I had Jade use the Shockwave's crippling energy to be used as a repelling force to be thrown back via Wildfire.

Jade, this round is about getting you through this round, even it it means taking a bit of damage....you'll get through this. First off, I want you to send a Swift attack in Wildfire's direction. Then, I want you to let out a big Screech...dont worry about Dimitri, let it belt out! And end with Whirlwind towards Wildfire[/b].

Dimitri, excellent round there, keep it up. This round will be about hopefully conserving some o your energy. Defense Curl. then Rollout into Ryu.

Sorry I got some tests soon and I needed to study.

Ok Ryu start of with another rock tomb to bring Jade down to the ground, then follow with an Earthquake, lastly finish off with an Iron tail on Jade.

Wildfire while Jade is trapped hit her with a flamethrower then use protect to avoid the earthquake then finish off with an Outrage

Ryu: Rock Tomb ~ Earthquake ~ Iron Tail

===Round 3===

Jade hesitantly hums upward, as Wildfire breaks away from Ryu. Dimitri stands his ground, again somehow completely oblivious to the whole menagerie. Scorching mad, Ryu jumps up, Throwing a series of Flames right at Jade! She retaliates with a Swift set of stars thrown from her wings, not enough to stop the Flamethrower though. She was poised to avoid it, but Ryu kicked in with a lucky shot, sending more Rocky debris up to slam her down. That it did, and she was seared by the Flames as she fell.

All the while, Dimitri just hardened his already hard exterior, boosting his Defensive capabilities...

Jade: -5E/-12H -1 Spd Dimi: -3E +1 Def==///== Wild: -8E/-6H Ryu: -6E *Brn*

A faint sound of revving could be heard, but I'm not sure where its coming from. Err anyway. From within the Rock prison Jade was currently under, she let out a dreadful Screech! It was so ear splitting, Ryu caught a desperate case of the shivers. Wildfire heard none of it whatsoever -as a shield buffered the sound to nil.

Dimitri caught wind of it to, albiet kind of late. Once it began to die down, Ryu resumed his attack, stomping the ground and causing it to shake violently. The Rocks atop of Jade shifted and flew about, renewing her pain but also finally giving her a small, but sizeable way out.

Ryu's Earthquake finished, but not without consequence, as a massive boulder came hurtling his way. Unsure why tis boulder decided to roll so late, Ryu decided to smash it to bits. However, the white boulders wound up smushing Ryu into the ground. As it rolled to a stop, small blue feet could be seen protruding from its calcitic mass.

Oh Dimitri, the revving was him preparing to Rollout. Wildfire watched, unsure what that Pokemon might do next.

Sick of seeing Jade survive everything they throw at her, Wildfire burst into a rage., Casino patrons looked on in horror as Wildfire began a full sprint toward Jade, jaws burning. Before the ravenous fury could be released, Jade sprung to flight and flapped her wings as hard as they could. In no time flat, a Whirlwind flew to and around Wildfire, stopping him from tearing her to bits. Wildfire soon found himself sailing awwaaaaaaay!

Into a far wall. Past the fountain. Ryu though, was a bit more clever, and took Jade's blind spot for his own advantage. The metal Pokemon got ready and tried to smush Jade with his tail, when that calcitic mass once again slammed into him. This time it was directly into his stomach, causing him to double over.

The static electricity that was in his muscles began to tighten again-forcing Ryu to be incapacitated this time as well! Dimitri came to a stop, still exited about Rolling Out over Ryu.

OK guys, nice round.

Dimitri, Toxic shouldnt be a bother if you just cancel it out with a toxic of your own. Then, once again you are left alone....lets try and get rid of Ryu first. Hit him hard with Dragon Claw. Finally, end the round off by attacking Ryu with flamethrower if hes not already gone. If he IS gone, then just relax and let Wildfire use protect....conserve some energy :)

Jade....looks like another tough round for you, but keep it up! When he comes at you for facade, just follow him from behind with pursuit. I think the image of a yanma chasing a charmander will be most amusing :) And then I want you to feint attack on Ryu....at least avoiding the tomb. If Ryu is gone by this next round, relax as well, if he is not, hit him from the sky with an Air Slash!

===Round 4===

As the casino patrons watched in wide-eyes wonder, Dimitri once again went for another pass, still undergoing his Rollout. That is, until he revved directly into the fountain and found himself unable to bounce out. Ending his revving cycle, Dimitri peered out of the fountain, but ducked when Jade sped up right past the lip of said fountain.

Ryu was right after the bug, and lunged at her, the facade of him being sick catching the bug off guard. Claws raked her back, but Jade took the pain of the strike and turned around in midair. Buzzing with rage, she Pursued her own selfish desires and rammed Ryu in his gut, knocking them both to the ground.

Dimitri watched those two go at it, but then remembered there was still one more he should be watching. However, when he turned to look for Wildfire, all he got was purple in his face! Hacking, Dimitri spat the large amount of Toxic back out the way it came. Wildfire wasn't expecting it to be fired back and was splattered as well, pissing him off even more. But his job was done, the dragon was poisoned.

Upset now that he was poisoned, Dimitri bounded out of the fountain, and made a beeline for Ryu. Hardly phased from that head-on tackle by Jade, Ryu was too busy causing another deluge of casino property to fall on Jade to see Dimitri coming in from the east. Jade however, evaporated from sight the second the casino machines hit the ground.

Appearing trapped, Ryu turned around, feeling he did a good job, when a set of claws grated over his back. He turned to see Dimitri there, roaring mad. It was then accentuated by a second jarring hit as Jade flew in from the west, Attacking him from the shadows. Stumbling to his side, Ryu coughed, unsure what just happened.

Dimitri and Jade shared a smile for a brief second, until a stream of Flame shot from Dimitri? Jade howled and buzzed backwards in pain. Dimitri looked up, spotting Wildfire perched atop his back. His jaws bled fire, as he was pleased to see that bug apparently fall.

One old man still demanded to be served cards as Wildfire jumped off Dimitri and made his way atop the blackjack table. Unafraid of the Charmeleon, the old man just waved Wildfire's tail away from his cards. Wildfire didn't mind actually, and erected a shield to Protect him from the incoming....

nothing? Ryu lied there, utterly paralyzed. Dimitri and Jade both saw their opportunity, and honed in on it. Flying up, Jade winced in pain, obviously burned now. But that didn't stop her from looping in the air and Slashing downward, spiking Ryu with the attack. She bounced away fast enough for Dimitri to walk up point blank, and deliver a rain of Flame all over Ryu's metallic body.

Wildfire watched in horror as his partner got beat up to no end. When it was over, he ran over to Ryu, to see if his partner had survived. Ryu replied weakly.

Jade and Dimitri regrouped, the Yanma atop the Shelgon.

===Round 5===

This round brings about the third competitor from both sides. Replacing Ryu is smaller flying dragonfly by the name of Seraph, and replacing the OTHER dragonfly is a little Nidoran by the name of Joile. Some patrons-who are truly the hardcore gamblers, stick it out, and start fixing up their roulette table, throwing away badly broken pieces of metal and what not.

Seeing himself as the dominant force, Wildfire sprang into action. Jolie, a little anxious beaver, dives right in, running past Wildfire awfully fast and throws herself around the casino. Seraph slowly flies after her, performing loops as well. You'd think they were on a dancing train or something.

Wildfire aimed to put a stop to it though, and spat at her dance routine. The goo made Jolie slip up, and the rain clouds stopped moving in. Seraph flew over her just then, and finished his, allowing the sun to shine on through.

Jolie coughed, but seemed honest-to-god fine!* Dimirti scoffed finally-and Wildfire's attention went fight back to the massive ball of dough-only to be caught in a surprisingly fierce Leer that gave him the jitters.

Least the people outside get sun...*

Wildfire took a minute to calm his nerves, seeing as Dimitri was his next target. Being focused on finally, Dimitri took to the foreground instead of the background, and charged the still-nervous salamander.Somehow, by ways I'm still not sure, Wildfire's tail was Bitten by Dimitri. That shattered all fear he had of the Dragon, and Wildfire showed him his appreciation by Rushing Dimitri.

Unaware that Wildfire was even gonna attack, Dimitri was caught off guard, and subsequently knocked on his side-and sent barreling across the casino, Wildfire chasing him as if he was a ball!

Jolie, meanwhile, was a bit peeved at the fact that the dragonfly behind her was bold enough to do a weather move to counter hers. She's fix him. Her attack fired first, as Seraph expectantly charged up for a Solarbeam....but wasn't....quite...done...yet?!?!?

However, Jolie's attack merely bounced around on Seraph! Man, what kinda round IS this?*

Dimitri finally hit a wall, denting it considerably, and Wildfire didn't stop his barrage on the off-balance Pokemon. Following after Dimitri allowed him to build up his fire prowess into a Flaring aura, which he used to heighten his power into a Blitz-like attack, slamming all his weight into Dimitri's belly. Dimitri wiggled his feet in pain, and finally tilted back onto them.

Wildfire stepped back, a bit woozy, but otherwise alright. However, it was his turn to feel the power of a surging Pokemon, as Dimitri bashed into him with as much force as he could-seeing as he was trying to stay Zenfilled at this moment. The Headbutt's power was tremendous, Wildfire sprawling to a stop on his back.

Jolie, slightly confused as to how her attack fared-tried a different approach. She ran for the Vibrava, and raised the spines on her back. Attaining a bluish-glow, she shot under one set of Seraph's wings, giving him a wincing pain due to those barbs.

Seeing as his second attack just finished Charging, he fired it after her. The SolarBeam caused massive damage in its wake, blowing tables and stands to pieces before striking the speedy blue bullet and sending her buried in a wall.

Both Dimitri and Wildfire hacked up a lung, and it seemed Dimitri was in a bit worse shape now after that blitz. A nasty Burn ran alongside his tummy. Wildfire laughed, and then fell over, exhausted...

* Weather moves are rendered null (as per yer description GL...)
* Poison moves can't poison Poison Pokemon.... (Nidoran is Psn, CEB)

* Flare Blitz has recoil damage, to explain the high amount lost.

As per my attacks. Dimitri, I want you to hit Seraph hard with a Toxic. If that takes you out for the next two actions, ok. If you have another hit in ya, retaliate with a Draco Meteor of your own, but wait for Jolie to hit him first. No doubt you'll definately be out after that.

Jolie, I want you to avoid that earthquake with Aerial Ace, but please get out of there before you get hit with the toxic. Then, intercept his attack with another Aerial Ace. And end the round by once again trying to beat him, but this time with Ice beam.

===Round 6===

Seraph buzzes in disapproval. Wildfire's removal from the battle shifts the opponent ratio out of his favor. A little bit nervous, Seraph begins to beat his wings, but Jolie darts in from the left, striking him with those nasty barbs of hers!

Growling at the hit, Seraph dumps a buttload of energy into the ground, causing the whole foundation of the casino to shake. Jolie tumbles in agony, and Dimitri slips on coins, rolling down towards a few walls that used to be cashout stations. As the Earthquake ended, Dimitri rolled free of the wall, and barreled back to Seraph. Instead of running him over-Dimitri stopped in midtravel-Seraph jumping to avoid him.

Sucks for Seraph as a glob of goo splashed onto his face, effectively ruining his dodging.

Not happy with being struck with that purple goop, Seraph let the both of them have it again, slamming energy into the ground! Jolie however, wasn't taking that one sitting down, and bounced off Dimitri to strike the flying Pokemon across the underbelly with her back spines! No matter, for as soon as she landed, she was tossed and flipped about.

Dimitri fared a little better against the quakes, but was utterly tired. His next attack came roaring from the side, anything that could be used as debris was swathed in ancient energies. It was flung at Seraph, but it was of considerably weaker force than what he would have liked.

Still Seraph felt the hurt..

Tuckered out for the moment Dimitri squatted, rocking softly. Jolie was on the offensive though, already charging up an aqua beam to fire at the flier.

Seraph ignored Jolie, which may have been a big mistake. The same move Dimitri struck him with was tossed right back at him, with full force behind it. Dimitri had no choice but to be struck back by the move, absolutely devastating him.

As the Meteoric attack hit Dimi, Seraph turned to see a Ice Beam struck his left set of wings. The chill was so intense that he immediately spiraled down, crashing into the ground. Jolie laughed in glee, happy she brought the dragon down!

Both Seraph and Dimitri hacked up a lung, but Dimitri was feeling the effects of his ailments more.

===Round 7===

Seraph seems to be unafraid. As Jolie and Dimitri regroup from last round, Seraph flutters up and perches on a lone chandelier. Dimitri bounds forth, knowing his time is short. If he can help his partner, than he'll have done his job. Seraph watched as Dimitri ran over to a pile of chairs, but then realized that was a distraction!

A translucent glint in his eyes expanded into a thick barrier around hi s body. Not a moment too soon, as an Ice Beam rocked the chandelier, knocking it off the ceiling! Seraph was struck hard, but his Protective battier held up. Landing as if he was in a steel ball, Seraph allowed the barrier to dissipate, to the anger of Jolie.

Having Jolie directly in his sights, Seraph began to flutter his wings. Jolie dashed as fast as she could, barbs up to try for another underslice. Her attack reached its target, slicing the Aerial dragon. However, the energy that Seraph was collection was surged through Jolie, smashing her to the ground. As the Earthquake rattled through the Casino, the last stalwarts fled.

As their fleeing forms disappeared, Seraph took note of the battlefield. Jolie laid at the epicenter of the Quake. Dimitri? His tiny feet could be seen under those same chairs he was trying to climb. Now it was even.

Her pride hurt, Jolie looked up at Seraph, knowing this battle was going to get harder if she didn't bring him down hard and fast. Bringing her feet under her, she blasted skyward, stabbing Seraphs underbelly again. Seraph winced, but knew those hits wouldn't compare to the attack he had in store. Jolie began to fall back down, but was soon encased in bluish flame.

She hollered as she landed on the ground, hurt by that Dragons dirty azz breath.

Seraph was pleased with the leveling of the field, but he still felt sick.. Jolie just stared at Seraph, pissed off.

Now we're down to one on one, and it seems that Jolie is in a bit of a tough spot. She's a scrappy little thing though, and dashes forth. A lunge, and her barbs once again scrapes Seraph's underbelly. But as she lands, a swath of Dragonbreath covers her form, leaving her hurt and stunned once more. Eyes wince, and she feels her muscle weaken involuntarily. Yes, her mind cries out-as she's paralyzed!

Smirking, Seraph fluttered forward and landed near the struggling Jolie. Feelers twitched around, before Seraph felt it was safe to attack. Jolie cold only watch as Sand began to raise up and around her. Not really Sand though, bunch of coins..

$_$ Coooins..err anyway! Jolie was stuck there now, in a sea of coins.

Jolie continued to struggle within the money. Seraph once again landed, wandering close to the edge of the Sand Tomb. He was waiting for Jolie to struggle out high enough so he could clamp down and Crunch her head. However, the blast of Icy power that erupted from the epicenter of the coin storm completely threw him off, and caused him to crash on his back. Jolie lunged out high enough to see what her Ice Beam haphazard shot had done, and was relieved to see it had hit the dragon. She fell back into her trap, barely visible amongst the coins.

A moment later, Jolie felt a snapping pain along her backside. Seraph had recovered, and flew down right above her, Crunching her back barbs. He then fluttered away, still obviously chilled.
