Mr. Mime Help

I want to use Mr. Mime as one of my pokemon in my team, does any one have any suggestions one a move set along with what i should ev train him in?

I guess you could EV train him it in Special Attack and Speed. It's a frailer version of Gardevoir. (shrug)
