Some questions needing answers:
1) The lady at Slateport will give you the Effort Ribbon ONLY if your Pokemon's Effort Points has maxed out, right?
2) After a Pokemon's Effort Points are maxed out, there is no point using the Macho Brace anymore, is this correct?
3) Which means I can battle ANY pokemon now?
4) Now my Pokemon will only gain stats by levelling up?
