New Move Description

Could anyone direct me to a helpful site listing and describing all new moves of Ruby/Sapphire? Either that or tell me from the back of your heads what effect the following deploy:

Clamor
Drop Feather
Encouragement
Magic Coat
Understand
Cat Deceive
Ne-o Haru
Hide
Release

Cat Decieve (or deception) is the only one that I've used out of the the list. When it's used, two black "walls" come from either side of the Pokemon and "crush" it. I guess that's the best way of explaining it. :P I'm not sure about the power of it but whenever my Yamirami used it, the accuracy was really bad.
