Will i get a ditto egg or the other?

For example, i've got a ditto and a male lapras.

If i breed will i get a Lapras egg or a ditto?

Just a thought.

You'll get a Lapras. Ditto is pretty much the ultimate breeding Pokemon, as it allows you to get eggs for male (and some genderless) Pokemon. In any combination that doesn't use Ditto, the baby's species will be based on the female.

If I attach an Everstone to a MALE Pokemon and breed it with Ditto, will the 50% chance of the baby having the same Nature still apply? Or does that only work with female Pokemon?

No, unfortunately only females and Ditto will have an increased chance of passing on natures to babies when holding Everstones.
