Metagross / Salamence Moveset

OK, I'm about to battle the Elite 4, so (obviously) I'm planning my team for when I start over. And right now my Shelldon kinda... well... sucks. And I've never used a Metagross before. So before I get started on raising either of them.... What should they know? I need it to be by leveling up, TM's or one-time breeding (none of that "mate a female mudkip with a male goldeen until you get a male, then mate that with a female Torchic.... I know that's not possible, but see what I mean?). Thanx everyone!

Dragon Claw
Aerial Ace / other flying move (probably not Fly)
Elemental move
Elemental move / Rest



Metagross

Psychic
Meteor Mash
Toxic?
????
