Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 20.0 KB (whichever is smaller).

Can we please have this increased to at least 100 KB? It wouldn't be such a big deal.

Agreed. The 20KB limitation is way restrictive unless you make your picture as small as possible.
