nvm ppl,i have finally found a site (which is down) but still has the pictures uploaded :D

Use the Image code: http://www.pokemasters.net/images/games/ruby_sapphire/rs???.png
and go to: www.don't.com and find your Pokémon picture and the number of it.
And where it says ??? in the code type the number of the Pokémon off advertising.com.

EDIT - RBY Sprites, not RS Sprites. And the numbers are on the pokemasters, you don't need to link to another site for them.
