PCG Colors

Since we're bringing back colors to the forums, what color do you want PCG to be? I've excluded red since VG already took it

Hmm, I'm thinking green, besides it being one of my favourite colours (besides red and occasionally, black), I feel it might be worth trying, as long as it's not too hard to see, and a good shade.

I forgot to note that if Blue is chosen, it would probably be a darker shade, like royal blue (though we can go lighter if people want)

I think it should stay some shade of blue since the new logo has a blue outline, and having it be yellow like the Pichu will just be an eyesore.

Is Royal Blue really darker than this? I think it's just a bit closer to Indigo.

I could go with Royal Blue, Dodger Blue, or even Deep Sky Blue.

I wouldn't suggest sky blue only because it could be hard on the eyes. I think royal blue is nice and soothing

Since the colors seem to be two toned, I was thinking maybe having the bars appear in royal blue and the text as dodger blue. Looks like blue is going to win out anyway

PCG, like Misc, were regular default blue on the UBB, so I wouldn't mind them staying that way if other forums change color.

Dodger Blue could work out. It resembles TPM's base black/blue color scheme while looking unique at the same time. Plus TML said it could potentially look really nice if combined with Royal Blue in some way. Perhaps use the second color for the links maybe?

I like it too.

Current color scheme:

Table headers: steel blue.
Table footers: cornflower blue.
Popup menu/forumjump menu: royal blue.
Links: dodger blue.

It's a very subtle change. Truth be told I didn't notice the difference on the computer I'm currently stuck using. Right now I'm at a friend's apartment with a nice HD monitor and computer. Once I did the side by side I saw the change. Looks good ^_~

Apparently some people think this is too subtle. What do you all think? Do you like the current color scheme, or should I replace the steel blue by royal blue on the table headers? (They would match the menus.)

Option 2. I'm a stickler for cohesion and I want PCG to pop. The colors we have right now are very subtle and do not stand out at all. It doesn't really look any different from the default forum colors

I like Option 2 as well. The blue in that choice stands out more.

I'm going for Option 2, that shade of blue is brighter, and while brighter isn't necessarily better, it is in this case.

I'm sorry but the majority voted on blue. We just wanted everyone's opinion on whether the shades were good
