EV training question..

i'm EV training my buizel, and it has almost max speed(i think it's because of IV or not leveling that it's not the max) anyways,

i want to train his attack too, but what is a good place to train? he's level 16 atm.. and i don't want to use exp share bc that'd take too fricking long(power brace)

any help?

For a good place at level 16, I'd try the grass patch just north of Oreburgh City. You can find some Machop there who will increase your Attack stat upon defeat.

Also, don't forget feeding your Pokémon some Protein but I'm sure you know that.
