Earlier, when Charles Legend announced the European release date of HeartGold and SoulSilver, he also mentioned that Jirachi will be given out in North America alongside Shiny Pichu from January 30th to February 14th. Pokemon.com (http://www.pokemon.com/us/news/vg_pichu_promo-2010-01-12/) has a page for the Shiny Pichu event, but no mention of the Jirachi event. At this point we still don't know when Jirachi will be given out, but as soon as we find out we'll be sure to announce it here.
