I can't help but notice that you only have 5 pokémon. Are you planning on using this team in competitions against fellow human players? if so, you should probably get a sixth...but be careful. You've managed to avoid having any 3x weaknesses, but you have six 2x weaknesses. Your sixth pokémon shouldn't be weak against electric, fighting, flying, ground, psychic or rock, because if it's weak against any of those, then that type will deal super-effective damage to half your team. That's a weak spot you don't want.

You should definitely replace Slash on Slaking, simply because there's no good reason to have both it and Return except PP management, and that only applies in-game. You don't need our help in-game. Also, Togekiss's Fly is okay in-game, but a big no-no in tournaments. You're handing your opponent a chance to switch to something, like Skarmory, that can laugh at a Fly attack. Unfortunately, I don't have the tournament-level knowledge to suggest something better. Someone else will probably reply to this thread with a more thorough review.

Infernape - Replace Blast Burn and Flamethrower with Flare Blitz and Thunderpunch. Infernape's Attack stat FAR exceeds its Special Attack stat.

Slaking - Don't waste this thing's Attack on Normal moves. Switch out Giga Impact and just use Return and Shadow Claw. Stick Earthquake on this thing, too. It's amazingly destructive. For the last move, anything from an elemental punch to Brick Break to Rock Slide will work great. Hell, you can even stick Skill Swap on it just to annoy people.

Walrein - looks OK.

Togekiss - Replace Fly with Flamethrower, or Tri Attack if you want STAB. For added ass-kicking, give it a Life Orb to amp up its offensive power even more.

Toxicroak - RAPE POKEMON.

As generic as it is, I'd put a Gengar in the final spot on your team. Levitate makes it immune to the Ground attacks Porygon warned of, and offensively, your team has no moves that can pummel Water, Psychic, Poison, Electric, or Ghost Pokemon. Infernape's Thunderpunch and Slaking's Shadow Claw aren't gonna cut it against these guys. However, a Gengar with Thunderbolt, Shadowball, and Psychic will utterly vaporize any of these types.

Okay Thank You, And iWas Choosing Between Gengar And Dusknoir, But Dusknoir's Speed Is WAY Worse Than Gengars, iKnow That iWould Prolly Put Like Psychic, Shadow Punch, Thunder or Thunderbolt, And Im A Try Dark Pulse But Again Idk iWas Also About To Spring For Roserade As A Grass Type But iLike Gengar Better

Don't capitalize every word of a sentence, bro. It's weird-looking.

Shadow Ball is better on Gengar than Shadow Punch. Gengar is another Pokemon whose Special Attack is higher than its Attack. It also covers the same types (Psychic and Ghost) that Dark Pulse does.

One move that could be devastating on Gengar is Explosion, oddly enough. If you're really desperate for a powerful attack and can't find a fourth one that you like, toss that on. It's not very versatile, but it makes for a good last-ditch effort if Gengar is being pummeled by a Mean Looker or something.
