I need a little help with the wii.

Hey guys! Sweet red forum.

So I'm uh buying my friend's wii. And I'm more of a retro gamer, but I'm sure I'll be playing a few interactive online games, since it would be kind of fun to interact with many of ya'll online.

How do I do that? I understand there's a wii source code or something like that. How do I find it lol I already have the wii and am confused.:prod:

First, is your Internet wireless? If not, you'll have to buy the dongle. It's temperamental at best.

If it is, then you'll need to get the access code thingy for your modem. Do you know your login details for the website for your modem? Should be on there. Then you just pop that code onto your Wii and it should find it pretty quick.

At least, that was in my experience, and that was with no computer knowledge and two years ago. Nintendo's website has a fairly straightforward tutorial you can follow, and if you're patient, I'm sure a less computer-illiterate TPMer than myself will be able to help.
